The tech that came out to the house was very professional, nice and informative. We were excited to hire Air Works to do our job. We were told he had to file the paperwork back at the office and we would be called with an estimate. Several weeks passed and we never got a quote. I called the office twice and was told they had to talk to their boss and would call me back. I still haven't heard anything back so I've hired another company to do the job.
Kevin did an annual inspection on our central AC a couple of years ago. He said that the unit was old and that I should start svaing to repolace. He didn't pressure to buy a new unit. Fast forward to three weeks ago when the unit failed. I called Kevin and from there to the completion of installation it was smooth sailing. Kevin and Matt arrived as scheduled and knocked it out in less time than expected. Matt walked me through set up and operations of the new smart thermostat. They cleaned it up when done and gave me all the warranty info. Pricing was a good value. Top notch stuff.

Great service. The humidifier on my furnace quit working and the technician Martin was able to fix without replacing. Also did cleaning and provided many other tips to help minimize my heat bills. Thank you!
We have never been disappointed with this company’s service and prices. Today we had both a new furnace and hot water heater installed. The price was competitive and the service/installation was phenomenal. Well done, Air Works.
John was very professional from the time he showed up until the time he left. Everything was explained for why our system was running the way it was and what it was going to take to fix it. Air Works came through a recommendation and I will also recommend them as well.
Good quick reliable service. Needed my furnace and water heater inspected and they did it quickly for reasonable price.

Air works came out 3 weeks ago for a quote they took measurements never called me back call another company same-day quote next day installation.
If your blower wont ignite, check your vents outside for snow. They came out and asked if the pipe was blocked ( I guess I should have known that?) People !!! Check your vents outside for snow from snowblowers.
We had our a new Carrier Infinity Hybrid Heat Pump and high efficiency gas furnace installed 15 years ago. Mario of Airworks has responded to all of our service calls promptly and with a high degree of competence, professionalism and integrity. I’m not sure I would buy A Carrier Heat Pump again but I recommend Airworks HVAC.
I will not use them ever agian. I asked for a quote literally had a price and someone else over, from a different company doing the work, by the time they got a price to me.
These guys are great. And very pleasant to deal with.

We had a problem with our furnace. I called after 4 p.m. one day and they had a technician come out at 8 a.m. the next morning--just as promised. He gave us two options: replace the control board (expensive) or install a secondary relay (reasonable) and recommended that we do the cheaper repair since the furnace was 24 years old and would probably need to be replaced in the near future. He had the work completed by 9 a.m. I was very impressed by his candor, honesty, and ingenuity. This is the first experience we've had with AirWorks since our previous repairman has retired. We will be using them in the future.
My central a/c broke. I called airworks because they were recomended to me. They came out in a timely manner. They informed me that I needed a new condenser. I asked for estimates. 2 days later I called to see why no one had called me back with the estimate. I was told someone would call me back. 2 days later I called back again. I finally got a call back. I was given a quote for replacing my unit with the same kind of unit that I have. (R-22 refrigerant) They didn't inform me that r-22 is getting hard to find and production of it will be stopped completely in 2020. A month later I decided to give them another try. I called and asked for an estimate for a condenser that uses the new refrigerant. It's been 4 days. Haven't heard back from them. I called another company yesterday (wednesday) they gave me a quote same day. They are coming out tomorrow (friday) to measure and installing on Monday. I guess Airworks doesn't need my business.
