They left the utility room where the new hot water heater was installed in a terrible mess. I’ve text twice complaining with no results. I talked with a lady there and she said she would check it out. Never happened.
Robert and Dave were prompt, courteous, transparent and very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. Cost was a bit less than we expected. Will definitely consider using again for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you!

Technician was honest that the jetting would not fix my plumbing issue- he could go ahead and do it but it wouldn't solve the problem.
Jenks repairman knew exactly what to do, did it fast and cleaned up after his work was completed both on the kitchen faucet and shower head faucet.
the guy who finally came had a bad attitude.came to inspect and assess for chimney liner then never would call back with estimate called several times. would never ever call or recommend this business

Called to have our furnace looked at as it was not working properly at the end of last winter. Not only did I get an appointment within a few days, the serviceman, Ryan, identified and fixed the problem on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and personable. What I expected might be an expensive repair was very reasonably priced.

While this company did the job that they were supposed to, I would not use this company again. The job was to get the water line to my fridge to work, which did happen but it took an unreasonable amount of time and included extra holes in my ceiling and a mess for me to clean up. Normally I wouldn’t complain about the time it takes for a job like this but when the guy admits to me that it could have taken a half hour if he had done something differently rather than 3 hours, then I get a little upset. On top of that, he used my step stool to do his work leaving it a complete mess and making me scrub it after the job. He also stepped on two chairs that I had in the room leaving footprints on my furniture. He also cut huge holes into my ceiling trying to find the line, which is not something this company fixes. Afterwards I called the company to dispute the bill since the majority of the cost was the time it took which should not have been on me since it was his fault for doing the wrong thing in the first place. I spoke to Karen who assured me that she would look into it and get back to me that day. I didn’t hear from anyone for a month and a half until my check was cashed and I called again. I spoke to Karen again and she apologized for no one getting back to me and said she would call me that afternoon. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. The lack of response and taking responsibility for their mistakes is why I will not use this company again.

The team from Jenks was fantastic! Scott and PJ arrived right on time and got right to work. They removed and replaced a bathroom faucet and supply lines very quickly and efficiently with no wasted time. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Jenks to friends and neighbors. And by the way, very affordable too.
