I am so thankful for Mark and his team. Our furnace went out around Christmas. No one had the time to help us except Mark (who came out after hours). Even with our bad luck, they were positive and we got through it. The new furnace cut our propane cost in half and electricity by $100 a month! Definitely recommend them.
Mark from HHH was absolutely wonderful. Such a great guy. He was super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The process was so fast and our house was nice and toasty in no time! I will 100% be calling on Mark in the future. I would recommend him to anyone in need of heating repairs! Thanks HHH!
Happy Homes Heating and Service did an awesome job fixing up my chimney. They sealed it up to stop any leaks, and even came back later to check everything was still good and made some extra repairs for free. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was tip-top. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all my questions. Overall, I highly recommend Happy Homes Heating and Service. Mark is such a wonderful person to work with! He came to give us an estimate and answered every question we had and addressed all of our concerns. He was very detailed with his estimate and helped us find solutions that worked with our budget by prioritizing jobs and tackling the most necessary ones first. He went above and beyond with the work that he did. His attention to detail is incredible. I chose to do some of the interior finishing work myself and he was kind enough to offer some advice and direction on what materials and tools would be best to use in the process. Happy Homes truly cares about your home and takes care of it as they would their own. Mark is such a knowledgeable person and one of the most timely and considerate contractors I’ve ever worked with. He lays out every step of the process and makes you aware of any possible changes so there are no surprises.

Called & spoke with owner today after our furnace quit working the night prior . He was able to fit us in right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained to us what the problem was and why it happened. He was able to get our heat up and running in no time! We are extremely pleased with his service. We will definitely be using him again!!!!
A great big thank you Mark, and Happy Homes Heating and Services, my husband and I live in Florida and our senior parents live in Michigan, well there furnace was just not working anymore as it aged out and not repairable, I spoke with Mark and by the way he is an amazing man, he ordered their new furnace and installed it in a very timely manner, it was a pleasure doing business with him, very professional, caring and on time, put in the new furnace just in time before the next winter storm comes and now we are beyond grateful for Mark, our parents will be warm now, it was quite worrisome when we found out they had no heat, and from being out of state you tend to be cautious of businesses because some will try to get over on you, but not Mark, everything was straight across the board and he not only made us feel safe sharing our finances with him, he made us feel like family, and he got the job done, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts and from our family to yours be blessed and a happy prosperous new year, we highly recommend Mark and Happy Homes Heating and Services ✝️🙏🏻👍🏻

HHH did an amazing job for us today, fixing our fireplace after another local company failed to do the job correctly. Mark was helpful, timely, friendly, and very knowledeable. His pricing was great, scheduling was easy and our fireplace looks and runs like it's brand new!
I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Mark with Happy Homes Heating and Service. Our water heater went out late Sunday night, and Mark responded to my inquiry by 7a.m. Monday morning. He came out as soon as he could that same day, and despite the creepiness factor of my basement, gave me an honest and affordable quote for replacement. Mark was able to install the new water heater in our home in only a few hours. As a mother of 3 boys in this heat, I am so thankful to have hot water! 😆 I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Happy Homes Heating and Service. The professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and affordability they provided make these unexpected expenses a little more bearable for a homeowner to digest. Thanks again, Mark!
Mark Is beyond awesome! He finished the job ahead of Schedule and no surprises. Not only does he comminicate well with you, he listens to what you say. I will not use anyone else but Mark in any future jobs. He went above and beyond for me! If i could rate higher than a 5 i would!

We’ve used Happy Homes for several services over the last year including installation of a new water heater, maintenance and repair of our gas fireplace, and some electrical work. Mark is a true professional-he is knowledgeable, efficient, and always takes time to make sure we understand what he is doing. Everything we have had serviced is running perfectly. I highly recommend!
My AC went out on one of the hottest days last summer. Happy Homes installed a new furnace/AC in my home, along with a new thermostat. The owner, Mark, told me he would arrive at 9am and he arrived ten minutes early. He had all of his tools ready and actually started working at 9am, which I found impressive. He only took a lunch break so I didn’t feel like I was being robbed on labor costs. He made sure I understood how to work the thermostat and how to change the filter. As a single woman, I hate having to call strangers into my home. Mark was completely professional and I didn’t feel uneasy at any time. I would definitely recommend to others.
I called them cause my furnace went out he came right over at 630 work on until 830 at night he up front guy and had them installed new furnace and central air in my house he is just phenomenal he cares about his customers
