We were having AC issues in the spring of 2022 and some googling/yelp led us to try Leo's. Plus it helps that one of the very first photos is of the Mini split ac/heat unit he installed on our garage before we purchased our house. Art was friendly and professional and was very clear about costs and time and eventual failure of refilling our nearly 30 year old AC unit. We decided that our best option was to completely replace our AC and furnace as that was nearing the end of its reliable lifespan. The price was fair and the timeframe was great. Art quoted our price, we gave him a deposit and our new furnace and AC unit was delivered to our home literally the next day. The day after that Art and his partner were here and got straight to work. They worked smoothly and efficiently, and to my surprise, were able to completely remove all of our old equipment, and install the new equipment (with excellent attention paid fit and finish) in the course of a single business day. He even gave us a free upgrade to a slightly higher efficiency furnace. After all was squared away and we were off to enjoying our new units in comfort, we had a random slight noise issue from our new AC unit. I called Art and he came out same day to inspect it. I'm not sure what he did but we haven't heard the noise since and all has been well. Cut to 6/30/23 when we decided to have a few friends over. On a balmy 85° evening with high humidity our AC decided to just stop working. I tried all the basic troubleshooting and couldn't figure it out at all. I had a few drinks in me and decided to text Art with our issue, regrettably at around 12am. Fortunately for us, he responded at 830am, asked me some questions, and determined a house call was in order. He was at our place by 1230pm with his partner and they got straight to work. Art was great. Answered the phone very quickly. He happened to be in my area on another visit and made it to my house in one hour. He then diagnosed and fixed my AC in one hour. Fair priced and great service!!
We had a fantastic experience working with Art and his crew! We had a 21 year old furnace and A/C in a 100 year old house that finally needed replacement. He arrived within a few hours, made a thorough estimate, and took the time to help us understand all of our options. Leading up to the work, he was always available by phone for scheduling and questions, sent text appointment reminders, and showed up on time. When weather threatened to delay the work, he was willing to arrange his schedule to complete outdoor work before the rain came. He was even able to add some small modern updates to our new system without changing his bid. Great guy, reliable, and fairly priced! We highly recommend Leo's Heating and Cooling and will be using them again for future needs!

I have been working with this company for the past two years and love it. Art is very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. I had the misfortune of my furnace having issues Christmas Eve and he came out to help on short notice. I will continue to work with Art and highly recommend.

Leo's Heating came out tonight when my furnace stopped working. They arrived very quickly and fixed the furnace quickly so that I now have heat again. The price was more than reasonable and the service person was extremely nice. I will only use Leo's Heating and Cooling! A++++
Art has helped me out several times for repairs, HVAC inspections, and installations (3 furnaces and 2 ACs). He is friendly, professional and does great quality work. He even quickly saved my house from freezing with an emergency repair when I returned from vacation to a broken furnace in January with single digit temps in the forecast. I highly recommend Art and Leo's Heating and Cooling.

I will no longer use ANYONE except Art and Leo's Heating & Cooling! We needed our furnaced fixed after we were ripped off by another contractor for a furnace "tune-up" that didn't catch a major issue and left us without heat for a week. Art was quick, responsive, and incredibly trustworthy. He didn't try to sell us on anything - he just genuinely wanted to help us. Don't go with anyone except Leo's!!
I have used this company twice and both times they were super responsive and came to help as soon as they could. Onetime was at late on Friday to help fix a thermostat so that we didn’t have to go without heat. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. When I need to eventually replace the AC/furnace I will be using them.
Very happy with the service Leo's has provided. I recently moved into my home, and my furnace needed a few important repairs, and Leo's was able to repair it at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
Our A/C stopped working, I called Leo's Heating and Cooling and Art came by that day. They fixed the A/C on the spot and we are super thankful! If we have any issues with our A/C we will definitely call them again. Highly Recommend!!!
Art was fantastic to work with. Unlike other local businesses, Art was willing to come out the same day to inspect my AC. He provided a competitive price and was able to replace the entire unit in less than a week, which we are extremely grateful for as the temperature was in the 90s and rising. I’d highly recommend Art and Leo’s for any and all future business!
Noticed our AC wasn’t blowing cold air as the house was 81 degrees. Called around to several places and Leo’s was the only one able to come today. We dealt with Art and had a GREAT experience. Quick to respond, kind, professional, honest (we have a 20 year old unit and he didn’t just try to make us get a whole new unit), and fixed our problem on the spot! Highly recommend Leo’s and we will use them again in the future.
Art is the best! What I respect the most is his honesty. Equally as important is his responsiveness. I called a couple of times before I decided to get a new A/C. He showed up shortly after I called each time. So dependable! The day of my A/C install, he had a bigger job than he bargained for but didn't charge more. He cleaned up some pretty bad wiring from the original install (27 years ago...). Art was so pleasant, easy to talk to, an expert in his field, helpful, professional, and also...caring! He actually followed up with me a few hours after he finished the install to see if everything was running ok and if I had any questions. That was a first. Bottom line: call Art. You will be so glad you did!
I Google for AC repair when our air went out in 2021. Found Art with the BEST reviews. He came out and said he could put a couple of lbs in but couldn't guarantee it to last a week or the whole summer. (AC unit last installed by last homeowner in 1996; it was time for a new one.) We decided to wait until 2022 to get it done. At which time, he gave us the option of having the furnance replaced at the same time (we already replaced the motor once many years ago.) We decided to have it all done at once. Art is such a nice guy. He's professional, friendly, answers any questions. Him and Armin (hopefully spelling right?) did an awesome job and cleaned up as though they were never there. Would HIGHLY recommend Leo's Heating and Cooling. Being that Art is the owner and HE came out to do the work....you can just see his pride and passion in his work!
