We had a tight space and needed a serious upgrade. Lee and his plumber (Albert) were knowledgeable, kind and answered all questions. We believe we got a super system and a great price!

My technician was very nice. He explained everything to us so that we knew what was wrong and couldn't guarantee that replacing the part that went out would fix the problem long term.

Overall exceptional experience with troubleshooting and repairing my air conditioning unit. I had an appointment scheduled within a few hours of my phone call. The repair was efficient and reasonably priced and JP was extremely professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. I also signed up for their annual tuneup service for both my heater and air conditioning units (this then saved me on the AC repair cost). In the future, I will definitely use them and will also use them if I have any plumbing needs as well. Extremely pleased, we just moved to the Lake Lansing area and this will be our go to company! Overall, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced! So pleased!

Everything about my experience was fantastic! J.P. arrived on time… contacting me prior to the appointment to say he was on his way. It was my first time having my AC maintained and he explained everything really well, about the work being done, provided me with options, and saved me money.
