The contractors were friendly. Though now 3 months later we are trying to sell the house and the city has red tagged our home because the proper Lansing permits were not pulled. I tried calling the number online but there is no answer or indication that this is the business number.
Stephanie the contract was with Cheaper plumbing wrong company, and the contract was cancelled due to the homeowner not paying, the house was red tagged beforehand and the owner took the tag off many times and you know this
One of the employees Christopher parks came in to install a water heater Nd when he came in he did not know what he was doing at all and now my house is red tagged I will never go threw them again
I am a landlord and have a bunch of houses. I have used these guys for putting in new furnaces, and water heaters. They are inexpensive and get the job done. On repairs generally they will not over charge, but are not always available 24*7. Often it is better to replace stuff than spent a lot of money on repairs. They like to be paid upfront/quickly, but you are far more likely to get a good cost on a new furnace than other contractors. Top grade people, easy to work with.
