I’ve been using EH Ward for nearly 30 years, they have always been great to work with!!
Our AC went out on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Other companies told us it would be a week before they could come out. EH Ward was out to us within 2 hours and fixed everything for a great price. We won't use anyone else going forward for our HVAC/AC needs.

We have been customers for almost 20 years and have always had great service and maintenance work done on our furnace and air conditioner. The repairmen have always explained everything that they’re doing, and let us know what might need to be repaired. We have an older system now, but we bought our heating/air conditioning system from E. H. Ward originally. We have been very satisfied with their work, maintenance, and professionalism. They always call before they come, so we know they are on the way. We have been very satisfied with this company and their service, and know others will as well.
Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year (90). Russ came right out and got it fixed. Fast/knowledgeable/professional/friendly......Russ and E.H. Ward my wife -puppies and I thank you.

Very professional from Sales to office manager and for the men that did the installation. Would highly recommend this Company. Came back out to explain the new furnace, new air conditioner and new wifi thermostat. The installer even gave us his personal cell number if we had any concerns or questions.

The men that installed the system were very professional. They kept me updated as to what they were doing. My basement was a little crowded they were able to work around it and get my new HVAC installed.

As a long-term homeowner, when it was time to replace my furnace and air conditioner, I decided to go with E.L.Ward because their pricing was very competitive and the people, Elliot, Russ and John were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I feel like they went the extra mile and I couldn't be happier with my new system.

From beginning to end, and from the install field to the front office, EH Ward was great to work with. They were attentive but not pushy, professional, friendly, and very helpful answering all our questions. Elliot Ward introduced us to the company in a knowledgable friendly manner by providing a very detailed estimate, and dedicating considerable time explaining everything and answering multiple follow up questions. Courteous and friendly installers John, Sam and Bryce conducted a clean and expert installation, and walked us through all operations of the new equipment, while Christine took care of all the paperwork, permits and rebates for us. On top of all of this, we now have a top-rated efficient heating and cooling system by American Standard that came in under $10,000, unlike some of our other estimates. We are very satisfied with EH Ward staff and services, and pleased we will have the same great crew taking care of our warrantied system and service needs in the future.

Had a great experience with E H Ward. Wanted to enlarge an existing dog yard with chain link fence that they initially installed in 1997. Within a week from the time I contacted them, my job was done. Great customer service, and reasonable price. Larry was the best to deal with. Job well done! Highly recommend them.
