I hired Doty mechanical to do a furnace inspection and tune up to make sure everything was working correctly after I just bought my first house. They were very responsive, professional, and great to work with! I worked with Jason who was great and explained everything to me as he completed the inspection. I highly recommend their services!

Requested a home visit to discuss both heat and cooling. Was visited and spent an hour plus going over the needs. Measurements were taken and options discussed verbally. A quote was to be offered. After about 4-5 weeks I emailed and called about the status of the quote. No response. 2nd attempt a couple weeks later and no response. Ran into the group at the Lansing home show and asked what happened and why I received no responses? They apologized and said they would call me the next week. 2-3 weeks go by no response. I then go online and did a live chat with someone stating the experience so far. they asked for my address which was given and I was told once again someone would be in touch with me...well you guessed it..no response. If Doty was not interested in the project I would expect at least that call. No call at all is not what any company should do in regards to customer service. Maybe they should review their mission claim on their website as it is all about customer service. I would be cautious about using this company.
Doty took care of us bigtime. From our initial call to scheduling service and then doing a great job fixing our furnace, it couldn't be done in a more professional and pleasing manner!

This company will ask if you are vaccinated before they will come to your home and even though masks are no longer mandated for use indoors, this company requires you to wear them. $15,000.00 in new Furnace and Central Air will not be going to this place 🇺🇸

They recommended a $3,000 complete air conditioning replacement system. Instead we found an honest H-Vac professional who fixed the problem for $500!
The gentleman explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. Very professional and nice. The A/C was fixed in a timely matter. Would recommend this company to anyone.

When we had an issue, Doty sent a technician promptly and the issue was resolved. The technician helped me understand the problem and how to take care of it if it occurs again.
Rude, just straight rude. He walked n walked off said he had to make a call. And left..... I called the company the rude lady said I refused payment.... um he walked n walked should I have thrown the payment down the road?!. Worst experience
My heater went out right at the start of this winter, Doty got my heater fixed in time for this crazy November cold snap. Heat is goooooooooooood! Doty is gooood! hahaha
