Surprised that this company is in business with the sort of employees they've got working there. One of their trucks just damn near killed a child on his bike when they went flying down the subdivision street, easily over 50 in hazel park. If they drive like that at any time then they do it all the time and they don't care.

Professional and friendly
Apco is a greedy company ran by terrible people. The suppervisors they hire treat people with sickning disrespect and make the work enviroment very poor everyday. I would not recomend ever doing buissness with them because they treat customers poorly and theres a very good chance you will either get the wrong items or if broken items. Very poorly ran buissness.

Maybe treat your employees that do good work and get your job done with a little respect and you might be able to keep your better employees. Instead you tell someone of five years to do the supervisor job for 25 cents more then the rest of the crew. Idont think soo.

I would suggest that you train your employees to listen to the problem that the customer is trying to address. You may retain more of your customers.
