A-1 Mechanical and Matt Carter did a great job for me with some furnace, AC, and humidifier maintenance. They scheduled me the same day thanks to a cancellation and were on time with their service window of 4 hours. They called ahead and resolved all issues with a careful install and helpful tips. Matt Carter was a great guy to have help with the job. 4.9 stars only because my project was pretty routine and simple.
Hayden, was a very courteous and respectful serviceman. He could ans all of my questions. We appreciated his support.

There were 2 jobs: condensation in the dryer vent and extra force when hvac system shut down (the 2nd issue was not on their list but they worked diligently to find a solution)
A-1 was able to get our system back up and running. The technician was very knowledgeable.
Mike and Weber did a wonderful job of installing our new high efficiency furnace. We were very impressed with their overall professionalism and their attention to detail. They followed a very orderly installation process and kept us very well informed as they did so. At the of the day they left the furnace area cleaner than they found it. Mike also took the time to fully explain all the new features on this furnace and patiently answered all of our questions. We have been A-1 customers for 20 years and this kind of professional work is why we remain very loyal customers!
Bob came out just to take a look my basement remodel and give me some advice on some solutions for the temperature differences. He had great ideas and was a straight shooter. A-1 will always be the first group I call for heating and cooling issues.
Atanas did a great job. He was ontime, friendly, very polite and professional. He kept me informed about everything and even replaced the unit when he found it had a scratch on it. I highly recommend A-1 Mechanical.

He provided great product information and was very honest! I appreciate his attention to detail. I am just waiting on product price quotes. Hopefully they are good enough where I can purchase a new furnace and air conditioner without paying a kidney for it!
