Quoted $500 for a job Service Professor quoted $1900 for. Service Professor was pushing me to a whole new Furnace/AC for over 10K when Koetje said I only needed a replacement part. THANK YOU Koetje for being honest.

I don’t know where to start with Don and Billy at Koetje H&C. They came recommended from a friend, but I did not expect such great value and outstanding service, which I have found difficult to locate in this industry. They installed a new furnace for me 9 years ago and I updated to a WiFi thermostat very recently . That created an issue as I was bringing the house back to temp each morning. Billy was able to work me in to the schedule the same day and also was able to figure out the issues, which ended up being a manufacturer warranty item. My bill for the service was very reasonable, and honestly I cannot recommend strongly enough. This team is honest to a fault and it is a pleasure to work with.
I can't speak highly enough of Koetje Heating & Cooling. They have serviced my HVAC systems in three houses over 7 years and have always done a fantastic job. Billy in particular is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, it's always a pleasure to work with him.

We had a fire in our basement. Through insurance claim, Koetje gave us a quote significantly lower than a popular competitor. They were professional and did an excellent installation. We have had no problems!

Called on July 4th due to AC being out. Service Manager was upfront about holiday surcharge and tried to walk me through fixes over the phone. Had to come out after all and was at my house within 2 hours. Fantastic service.
Furnace stopped functioning about 5:30 on Sunday night . . Called Koetje at 8:45 PM, the message was clear for emergency service and the cost. Opted to leave a voice message explaining situation and requested a call the next AM. It was 14 degrees outside (55 in the house the next morning). The technician was there at 8:15 Monday AM and had it fixed by 8:45 (exaust motor). The cost was reasonable, the employee was friendly, professional, competent and pleasant, quality of work great (completed a basic once over the unit since he was already there for no additional charge). Could not be happier and will be a customer for life. JB
Koetje Heating & Cooling installed my system in the new house I purchased. I’ve contacted them a couple times for registration if my unit as well as purchasing and installing a WiFi thermostat. Every interacting has been friendly and prompt. They will be back soon to install the A/C unit and I have complete confidence that it will be done well.
We were in need of having our furnance worked on ASAP because it had stopped working and the outdoor temp. was 9 degrees. We called them around 8:30am and a technician was at our home within 2 hours and had it fixed within a 1/2 an hour. Thank you Koetje Heating & Cooling!
