Jimmie was prompt, professional and courteous. He took time to diagnose the actual issue with my water heater (unlike another company that instantly determined a full replacement would be necessary). The repair was done quickly and effectively, and the cost was extremely reasonable.
My husband (Jeff) and I noticed a funny smell with our furnace today and called Cadena Heating & Cooling. Jimmie was out to the house within 3 hours and was top quality. Checked out the whole furnace and gave us solid advice and feedback. Very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!!! We bunkered down the the blizzard of 2022, a few days before a Christmas just like everyone else in the area. The day of the coldest part of the storm, our heater decided to stop working. Our house dropped to almost 60 degrees fairly fast, and with a 2 year old it started getting a little scary. We called so many places to come out and take a look, but nobody could take us until 3 or 4 days later until after Christmas. Then we finally called Cadena. Jimmie did not hesitate to come out and help us out of the predicament. He was in the middle of making dinner, but dropped everything to come out to help us. He had the issue figured out fairly quickly and our heat was back shortly after that! They were also very reasonably priced! Appreciate them coming out so much!
Furnace stopped blowing hot air and he was able to get to us the same day when the big HVCA companies could not. I highly recommend Cadena Heating and Cooling!
Jimmie came out in 30 minutes from my call and fixed my AC unit's compressor in less than 15 minutes. Great work!

Jimmie came to the house and quickly determined our AC needs plus gave a reasonable quote. When he did the installation It was more quiet than I expected. As any parent knows - how kids come and go through house doors conditions you to percussive bangs - not Jimmie. Even the duct work was quiet. With Jimmie you get more than hard work and attention to detail - you get many years of experience and knowledge. He knew the correct size unit instantly, and it cycles off and on as it should. If you want straight forward HVAC work, and/quotes Cadena's is the one to do your work. Another happy customer here joining the hundreds that have already left five star reviews.
Jimmie is a standup guy. He is professional, responsive, and attentive. He installed our tankless water heater and the job was done quickly and seamlessly. He explained how everything works, encouraged us to connect with him if we have questions, and promised to check back in to see how the unit was working for us. He came and went, cleaned up as if he was never here, yet…. Somehow…. We now have on demand endless supply of hot water :). Jimmie works hard and his amazing attention to detail is laudable. Highly recommend!
Furnace would not turn on. Replaced fuse and noted while the furnace is at it’s useable life the furnace has been maintained and should function awhile longer.
I have used Jimmie in the past for furnace going out. He was at my house within the hour. Since it was the middle of Winter I was extremely grateful. My furnace went out for the last time at the end of the season so naturally I called Jimmie. Once again he was to my house quickly. Since both furnace and air conditioner were older we decided to have them replaced. Unlike your large companies who are done and off the job at 5:00 pm, Jimmie stayed late last night to make sure we had our air conditioning running so we would not swelter during the extreme heat. Jimmie is the best! His prices are very reasonable and he is very professional. I highly recommend Cadena Heating and Cooling for service and new installs.
Jimmie was able to make the repair the same day and called to explain the issue and what he did to repair the problem. I will call him again with any HVAC issues.
Jimmie Cadena was responsive to quickly assess and replace our broken A/C before the warmer weather came. He gave helpful explanations at each point in the process, and did not try to sell us services we didn't need. We are very happy with our new A/C unit and the work that was done. We will be calling Cadena services moving forward for our future Heating and Cooling needs!
Water heater shut off and I couldn’t figure it out. Called Jimmie and he was there within the hour. We figured out the issue quick and Jimmie was very helpful and explained a lot of things I was unaware of. Awesome service, I would recommend! Any of my future heating and cooling issues I will be calling Jimmie.
He showed up and walked me through the issue from start to finish and didn’t make me feel less than for not knowing anything. He had me see the issue for myself and walked me through what he was doing to fix it. He wasn’t a fan of the brand of furnace we have but didn’t pressure me in anyway to change it which I really appreciate. Super professional and kind. Definitely recommend!
We recently moved in the area and knew that we needed to replace the furnace in the house. We had no less than 6 companies place bids, but we chose to do business with Cadena for several reasons. Jimmy was straightforward in his presentation, explanation and price. Jimmy took a short amount of time looking at our situation and offered a few options. Unlike several other companies, he did not try to sell us things that we were not looking to purchase or present inflated prices and "drop" the price with some sort of pressure sales tactic. Cadena was not the cheapest bid (there was one that came in lower), but the price was excellent. After hours of researching furnaces online, we also felt the product he offered was superior to all the other bids. The fact that he had all these amazing reviews of satisfied customers quickly made it a "no brainer" decision for us. We are now enjoying the comfort of our new furnace and whole house humidifier from Cadena and are extremely happy about our decision. We have never had a humidifier before, and I can tell you that it helps make our house feel much warmer at a lower temperature! If you appreciate honest, hardworking local businesses and want someone in your home who does excellent work with passion and pride, I highly recommend Jimmy Cadena!
Jim is great to work with! Our AC stopped working on a very hot day. He came out, quickly figured the issue out and fixed it the same day!
