Great mechanical contractor, skilled sheet metal workers.
Well, after fifteen years of not being able to use our fireplace that Dee Cramer installed wrong, we decided to have a different company fix it. Come to find out, they installed a natural gas fireplace which put off nasty black soot. Every other thing in the house that Dee Cramer installed uses propane, which is what we have to use since we are rural. Since it was all tiled in, it was not an easy change over, and cannot just simply change an orifice, therefore costly. Thanks for attention to detail.....

I have been meaning to write a review for a very long time. I have regular interactions with the staff at Dee Cramer from Matt in leadership, Vevette in the office and the guys in the field. EVERY SINGLE TIME it is without a doubt prompt, patient, educational, reasonable, fun and filled with great customer service. I run a 46,000 sf building in Flint and have needs that come up that are outside my wheelhouse. I have no worries when dealing with HVAC issues. Thanks for taking such great care of us Dee Cramer Team!
A good friend works here was just dropping him off some grilled back straps and 3 lbs of venison jerky but that didn't make it
Any company that hands out a letter about having employees crossing a picket line doesn’t deserve any more than this.
Working with dee Cramer was the best decisions we made in replacing our furnace and ac unit. Their service technicians where always there at the appointment time even called ahead. Professional in every aspect of installation. I highly recommend their services
We had Dee Cramer replace our 38 years old furnace through Costco. The Installers - Steve and Jason - were very knowledgeable and thorough professionals. Completed the installation in time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Can't expect more. Best of the best that I have dealt with in 30+ years.
We have been satisfied with their service and would recommend them. They installed the furnace in one day. It was well done, too. At our request, they have sent technicians to address issues with the installation free of charge. The issues were incorrect wiring to the existing AC unit, a and faulty GFI for the humidifier. The only remaining point of dissatisfaction is that the humidifier can't seem to keep the humidity above 35%.
Dee Cramer was amazing! Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and they were at my door early the next morning even before they were scheduled to get our new furnace installed. The techs were extremely professional, and courteous. They had the new unit installed and working in what seemed to be no time. Another one of the things I liked most was how clean the job was. By the time I went downstairs to look at the new unit there was literally no mess and the old unit was removed. I am very tech savvy but they walked me through how to use and program the new thermostat which is phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about this company and all of the people working there!
Needed to replace a central air unit. Dee Cramer, both sales, install and office assistance was superb. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Thorough. Concise. You couldn't ask for more.
Had my furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank replaced by Dee Cramer- top-notch organization from sales group to installers right to the top.All the people were exceptional, can't say enough good things about this company highly recommend them. Dee Cramer installed a furnace and AC for us this past July and we couldn't be more pleased. The salesperson was well versed in their products and took all the time we needed to determine the right system to suit our needs. The install went without a hitch and everyone involved was punctual, courteous, and very helpful. We have already recommended Dee Cramer to a neighbor and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks!
Dee Cramer did an outstanding job installing my new Lennox furnace and central air. With the Costco rebate, they were able to beat the competition on price for a top quality system. The salesman was willing to work with me to find the best equipment and setup for my needs. The job was scheduled at my convenience and the technicians arrived exactly on time. The installers were extremely skillful, efficient, and polite, and cleaned up afterward. My new HVAC system is very quiet and the temperatures in my home are much more even than before.
We had an Great experience with Dee Cramer. The whole process of acquiring and installing two new furnaces was very simple. Don Cieglo, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained the various heating systems available, various warranties, the pricing and each systems pros and cons. They document this very well. They give you a price breakdown and information about the various units to review. In our case it was furnaces. You become very informed! Don also explained the rebates from Cosco (where I purchased the units) as well as the rebates from DTE and Consumers Power for energy efficiency. They even have a group who processes these receivables for you. I worked with Lauren and she got everything done very quickly. They also sent me Tax information to review with my accountants for potential Tax energy credits. Installation was quick and unobtrusive. Our installers were Brian and Jason. Very trustworthy. I was comfortable leaving the house if I had to run errands. Good men. Having an older home they made sure everything was conforming and up to code. It even looks nice! They have an electrician on staff to handle problems which did come in handy. Its a good group of good people! Our experience was great. We got a great Lennox system with Wifi. They did a great job. I intend to call them soon to replace and upgrade our Air-Conditioning in the very near future. Extremely Satisfied! John
I don't think you want me writing a review that everyone can see. After I had to argue with you about my heat exchanger still being under warranty, which it was, & getting the part replaced by carrier, including 4 hours to install. Everything was fine & the tech, Forrest, had the part changed out & a new one in within the allotted time (about 3.5 hours) then the trouble began. He could not get my furnace to run, like it was before changing that part. The other tech who was here Friday 1/22/16 & the Consumers Energy guy both know it was running fine, other than the carbon monoxide leak from the heat exchanger. I will not be paying for a control board or the labor to install it. My board was operating properly before your company got here. Thats how I expect it to be when you are finished. I will let slide the fact that the Tech snapped the head off one of the bolts on my inducer motor & it is now held in place with a zip tie, unless you'd like to replace that part now too...
I would give a 7 star ranking for the service! It had a been awesome experience with Dee Cramer, particularly to Bob, Brian and Andrea. Bob came in with a nice explanation of the ACs with different options. He is very very helpful and he even pushed to accelerate the process to make a second day installation come true. Technician Brian is also awesome and he worked very hard to bring cool air into the house within 6 hours! I would like to recommend them to whoever without any hesitation, especially if you are also Costco member. :-) Thanks!
It was time for my 19 year old furnace to be replaced. I called Dee Cramer and they came out right away. They laid down drop cloths everywhere they walked thru the house was very polite and prompt. Their top notch craftsmanship is second to none. After the install was complete they went over how to work everything thoroughly. I will never have my furnace serviced by anyone else!
Our furnace quit working during the coldest days of the winter (2015) and needed to be replaced. Dee Cramer suggested a couple options for our needs and we decided on a Lennox high efficiency furnace. Dee Cramer assisted us in Consumer Energy rebate information along with having professional, knowledgeable staff that made this process fast and smooth. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs and plan on updating our central air and will return to them in the future.They are a Michigan-based family company who cares about their customers!
