Spoke to the owner Don and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding my air conditioning system. The great reviews are well earned and he has gained a new customer. He is a straight shooter and goes above and beyond.
Called and talked to Don, he came out the next business day and diagnosed and fixed the problem (including part replacement) in an hour. On-time, professional, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. I'll be calling Burke's Climate Control for any of my future HVAC needs. Thanks Don!
Burke's climate control was very professional in the installation of my new AC.
I needed a 2nd quote after another company had left me thinking that I needed to replace my furnace asap. I was shown a water leak by the other company that was corroding the inside metal of my furnace. There was no details beyond that. When Don Jr from Burkes came out he pointed out immediately where the water was leaking from and that it could be quickly repaired and did just that. The company that had came out the day before failed to point out the leak, which was leaking water but was also leaking gases into my basement. They(the other company) left me thinking that my only option was to replace my furnace and gave me a "If you agree today we can do it for this price" deal. Don Jr came out for a quote and ended up repairing my leak on the spot, hopefully allowing me to make it to next fall before I need to pay for a new furnace. When I am finically ready for the cost of a new furnace Burkes is who I will be calling.

Just had Burke's Climate Control come out to my place to check out my furnace. You could call it a maintenance call to make sure everything was working properly. He took me through step by step of what he was doing. Showed me how to clean my humidifier and even allowed me to video him, so I would remember how to do it in the future. I enjoyed being educated on how to maintain my furnace to ensure longevity. Being that I am a first time homeowner, these things are definitely important to know! Top notch company and affordable. Excellent advice, speedy appointment to suit my schedule and my new furnace was running by lunchtime. Great crew, 3 generations of professionals, a pleasure to have in the house. Had a question a few days later and Don took time to respond from vacation.

Called @ 8:30am. Here at 11:15am and a/c was back up and running by 11:45am. Mice had shorted out capacitor. Other places could not come out for 2 days. Will definitely call them again if needed
Don and his team came out and were super friendly, educated myself on all my AC needs and installed a whole new system for me in just 2 hours. They cleaned up after them selves and were overall just the right guys for the job! ours.

Don and Burke's Climate Control Co is the best. I want to give them more than 5 stars!! I called Burke's after my home warranty co did not contact me after 3 days of high 80 degree weather and our A/C wasn't working. Fortunately, he just had a cancellation and came out to our house in 45 minutes. 5 days later he installed a new A/C unit. His price was reasonable, his crew was impeccable and he is honest. I've since called him twice and received a return call immediately. Thanks Burke's!!!
