Prompt, professional, and reasonable! Nice experience, technician was great!
Had a massive leak in our garage spigot. Called at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night. They were over within 45 minutes. Replaced the spigot and also installed a shut off valve in our basement. Professional. Explained every step. Offered suggestions to avoid it happening again. Highly recommended.

Called Staley’s to service my furnace and thermostat during zero degree weather. They committed to making it out in a very reasonable time frame. Technician quickly identified the issue, replaced thermostat wiring, performed preventative maintenance on the furnace, and installed the new thermostat I had on-hand. Always good to have a quality company like this around when you need them. Not to mention the price was extremely fair. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.
We used Staley's before for an issue with our water heater, so when we needed some help with our furnace, we knew who to call. They are on time and extremely easy to schedule with- quickly, too! Everyone we interact with is friendly and thoroughly explain the situation so that we know what's happened and why it might be occurring. They came today, worked efficiently, and performed quality maintenance and installed our new thermostat. Their prices are super reasonable, too. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them with any future maintenance.
These guys were awesome ! Starting with a phone quote where Paul talked me down from my anxiety to helping me pick the correct choice for my family and house. The install crew was on time and to work within 2 minutes. I called 5 companies in Genesee county and they were the only ones to be responsive professional and good people all the way around ! Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you !
They were kind, knowledgeable, professional, earlier then originally scheduled, clean and did a fantastic job on our plumbing repair. HIGHLY recommend and I'm glad they were recommended to us.

Garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacement. Was given 830am appointment. Mark, the plumber called at 815 to say he was on his way. On arrival he removed his boots and got right to work. Work was done quickly and carefully. Highly recommend.
I called Staley’s to inspect my whole home, humidifier. I was not sure if I needed a new one or if this could be fixed. The technician, Florian, was right on time. He inspected and unclogged the system and changed the filter and was very honest that I did not need to replace it. He also showed me how to do this myself every year, as well as wrote some instructions on my receipt that is top notch service! I would recommend Staley’s to anyone.
We called to have our furnace checked as it was not producing heat the morning of a snowstorm. Staley’s responded immediately and we had heat in less than two hours. The repair tech, Tom, was very professional and shared a great sense of humor, making our situation less stressful.
Tom was very nice and explained everything that he did. Even though it was just a routine maintenance thing for him he still kept me informed and answered any questions I had. He even told me about a coupon I wasn't aware of which I really appreciate.
Staley’s is always very precise, professional, and very dependable. I have had them out a few times to fix an issue with my furnace. I had Tom out today and he was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything and went above and beyond. Over the past several years we have had Staley’s install a shower valve, move a gas line, install a water heater, install two furnaces and two air conditioning units. They have always been professional, conscientious and courteous. I will continue to use them for future projects.

I have used Staleys around 4 times since moving to the area. Boiler repair, full AC replacement, leaking pipe ect, I have no intent on using anyone else. Mike and Mark were just out and made quick work of my issues. The service is top notch every time. Without a doubt would recommend them in my area.
