The dishwasher at our restaurant broke and we needed it fixed immediately or we would've been screwed for the Friday night dinner rush....our extra kitchen guys had too much prep work to do for an event the following day and wouldn't have been able to do that and wash all the dishes by hand without seriously backing up our kitchen. Danboise came out the same day and was able to diagnose the issue and replace the part in a few hours. I was impressed with their technician's professionalism and how fast they were able to come out for the service call! Would recommend them as your go-to guys for any large commercial repairs that are beyond the abilities of a conventional handyman. Thank you, Danboise, for saving the day!

800 dollars to fix a water heater! No quote just a bill after the work. They give you an estimate of 200 to come out, They do not give you parts or receipts for the parts. See you guys in court.

One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with a business. I usually don't write reviews but this was so bad I have to let others know before they make the mistake of calling this company. If I could give 0 stars I would! First, I have been waiting day in and day out for this company to come to my store, I kept getting bumped back a day every time I expected them, and I would receive a call around 4pm stating, 'We're sorry, a job ran over we will have to bump you to tomorrow" while I have been there since 8am waiting for them to arrive. This isn't even the worst part. So today, the plumber arrives, I lead him in the back of the store and tell him I need the 1 inch pipe in the ceiling to be brought down to the back of my deep fryers and to get those connected, then I tell him I also have a leaky faucet and would like a sprayer nozzle installed (that I provided) He starts off by looking at the quick disconnect hose that is standard for deep fryers and says, "this isn't going to fit!" then he tries to show me how it wont fit..(HE IS PUTTING IT IN THE FRONT OF THE FRYER WHERE YOU DRAIN THE OIL!!!) I tell him, ' that's where you drain the oil, the gas line is located in the back of the fryer, he looks a little embarrassed and says, "oh, that makes more sense"... Then he says he has to go out to his truck and call his "manager" he comes running back in after 5 minutes and says, "I can't do this job, I was told to leave, it's too big of a job, I was told to abandon this job" I'm standing here baffled because it's not a hard job, and I've waited for so long to get them out here... so I said, "can you at least do the sink stuff?" He says, "No, I have to go" so I call the company and I talk to the "manager" who apparently told him to "GO" and I try to have him explain to me what just happened and he said, "my tech should of told you, we can't do this job, we are TOO BUSY, we have too many customers, this would take to long"....sooo what am I? Am I not a paying cust
