Sam C. was on time, very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain every step of the repair, options, and possible additional work that may be needed should he not be able to complete the work to repair our toilet leak.
Julio was outstanding in explaining processes and mechanisms for heating and cooling. He gave me advice that was specific to me, my allergies and lifestyle. He never pressured me to make certain decisions but allowed me to decide for myself and offer input if I asked for it.
Aaron was extremely helpful in my decision making process. He is knowledgeable and was understanding of my specific situation. I would highly recommend him to any potential costumer.

Jesse was very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. Highest marks from us. Kyle Martin was equally professional and ensured the jobs were addressed thoroughly. This team represented T&G as well as could be expected. Prior to this, the original rep (Mason Smith) initiated the visit and thoroughly evaluated the exact need. We are very happy to have worked with all three of them.
Couldn’t be happier with the service !!!! Zach notified me prior to heading over to my home, called me with an update and conpleted the work with no surprises or added charges. He even took care of another clog free of charge. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other companies coming out in the past but Thornton & Grooms exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
I recently had a drain specialist come to my house and use a camera scope to look at my sewer lines. Overall, I find G&T to be very informative and professional. They get right to solution and are easy to communicate with as someone who has zero knowledge on this topic. The only piece of feedback I have is that I wish they were better with setting expectations of when they will be arriving. You have to wait around all day and then they call you and say they are 15-20 minutes away. This is not very customer centric.
Alex and Ryan were absolutely stellar today - they put in a LOT of work to solve a difficult problem, and kept me fully updated on the situation the whole time. At the start of the day I was fully bracing myself for the news that I’d need a full reinstallation, but they got me all sorted out for a fraction of the price I expected! Friendly, knowledgeable, and generally excellent guys. Thank you, Alex and Ryan! Would definitely recommend!
Thornton & Grooms is an amazing heating and cooling company. Their knowledge of the different a/c systems best suited for your home is incredible. I would also like to say that Rishard Peterson and his team were beyond amazing. Rishard went through everything with me. His knowledge and his courtesy from beginning to end was amazing. Thornton and Grooms has my business for life.
Our AC unit stopped working and I called Thornton&Grooms. They sent Mike. He was super nice. He took his time to explain everything. Very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Every experience we have with Thornton and Grooms is a positive one! Justin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, anticipating our questions and giving us helpful advice and insight. I definitely recommend joining their home care club. The annual inspections are so helpful to us as new homeowners.
Dan did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly, explained everything thoroughly and presented several options that would fit our budget. A+++ Edit: I've had Thornton and grooms out several more times for various repairs, and I can say that the quality is very consistent. Awesome company, quick response, very professional, and always a pleasure to deal with!
We were very satisfied with the Plumbing System Safety & Operation Check Matt completed for us. Matt was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious he has a great depth of experience as a Master Plumber.

Everything was explained perfectly and I was shown how to take care or the furnace and AC unit and the timeframe to check. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you and Great job guys!
John P and the other tech I don’t remember his name. was super nice and professional. They found the problem and fixed it so my AC works again! Cleaned up the mess from getting in our attic. Would definitely have both of these guys back! :)

Although I was hesitant at first because no one came the first appointment. The office called and said they couldn’t make it but the person ghat did come saved the day and my opinion of the company. The person that came was professional, personable and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He turned my 3 stars to a 5 star experience.
Jonathon did an awesome job of explaining what he was doing in each step of the preventative maintenance program offered by T & G. This package is actually super reasonable and truly proved to be an excellent value including emptying our water tank plus other great tips on how to keep our plumbing running smoothly on all 3 floors…Jonathon communication skills made him particularly likable with easy to understand explanations… Our experience with this company this last year has been super impressive with employees that go above and beyond. Their reputation is excellent because they hire great people who care about not only doing the work but that the customer is happy with the job!!!!
