I would highly recommend Harriman Heating and will call them again. I had originally called them regarding an air conditioner maintenance check. Mitch came out and did let me know that I did have an older air conditioner and asked if I had wanted to replace any parts at that time. I thought I would wait until the end of the season and just replace the unit. Well, it did not quite work out that way. I discovered that the water pump had quit running the day before the 4th and the water from the pump just kept overflowing onto the floor. I called Harriman and explained the problem and they said that they would have a technician there on the 5th and would make it a priority. I was so happy that Mitch was there first thing and managed to install a new water pump. I was so very pleased with Mitch and also the wonderful ladies in the office, Dawn and Emily, who are just a joy to work with and lets you know when to expect your technician to arrive and then do a follow up. Mitch took the time to explain all the details of what he found out about my unit and how he then installed a new unit. Great customer service - Keep up the good work! Nancy J.
I recently had my furnace replaced from Harriman. They did a professional job and I am very satisfied. Starting from Mitch who explained me all the issues with my 26 year old Bryant furnace. Then Jon who helped with the picking the right furnace. And Jesse and Dave who did the installation of the Run Tru furnace. Thanks everyone and good job

On Thursday, June 22nd we had our A/C check up. Jon W. was very nice & explained everything to me. Thank You. I am glad that we have a service agreement with then.
John G did a very fine and thorough job on my a/c unit and gave me some good and useful tips on maintaining and using it properly to get better performance from it. My first experience with Harriman and am very impressed. I'll certainly use them again.

Adam and Jeff provided exceptional service installing our new a/c unit! They were on time, thorough and kept us updated on their progress. They had some challenges with our old house, but they did an unbelievable job figuring it out! I would highly recommend Harriman and Adam and Jeff to anyone!
My experience with Harriman has bee nothing but positive. I was in need of a new furnace last October and they put one in that same day. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Today Harriman serviced my old AC and assisted in education for the furnace filter. John the serviceman was extremely helpful and educational on other products for the future that I will be interested in.
I’m always happy with Harrimans service. Every technician I have had to my home over the years has been friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail start to finish which I value. John G has been no exception. My AC wasn’t working this visit and John was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. They were able to get me scheduled the same day which was also a relief. Heating and cooling issues that come up can really throw a wrench in life, I’m glad I can always depend on Harriman.
Jay and Mike were great! Professional and perfectionists. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Chance & Jon, the sales team, were both professional & very respectful of my home. I appreciated them putting on foot coverings. Each of them presented several options to fix/replace my HVAC system. Their knowledge aided me in making my decision to replace my furnace & A/C unit. Jesse, Ryan & David, the installation team, were very friendly, knowledgeable & professional & kept me apprised of the progress. They showed up on time, respected my property & asked permission before doing something outside of the normal scope of work. After the project was completed, they cleaned up the worksite. I will continue to use Harriman’s services in the future.
I’ve enjoyed being a customer of Harriman for the past few years. They are always very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our technician John G was very pleasant and offered a number of recommendations to service our AC unit. Definitely recommend!

I had a previous bad experience with this company, but the owner took time to call me personally after learning, I was a dissatisfied. Customer, mind you all this in the middle of a heat wave and he does not need my business. Times are tough and alot of people don’t have respect anymore, but I’d be darned to say this business it all about it’s tegridy and respect!

Josh was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He identified the problem and fixed it within the blink of an eye. Very happy to have hot water again! Also, their competitors would not have been able to come for a full week. These guys received our call late last night and were here first thing in the morning. Highly recommended!
