Had a leak R & S and there crew was able to locate and stop leak. There mitigation team did a great job is saving our cabinets. Thank you for all your help.
How dare you take advantage of my elderly father and charge him $750 to charge an AC and replace a fuse that takes a second! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Their drivers are far from safe I was cut off today buy a large truck on a hurry to get fast food. I guess safety on the roads is not something they take into account.
Showed up during time slot. Called when on there way, once they arrived took time to explain what was going on. Would highly recommend.

Had a leak coming up through the carpet in the basement level bedroom and closet. HWA contacted R&S Plumbing, Reuben called me that day and set up an appointment for the next morning. Crew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution within an hour. So far so great!
I tried to set an appointment with this company and they completely dropped the ball. 1. set a time to have my furnace that isn't working for 12-3:30 pm. 2. They didn't show. 3. At 4:45 I receive a call at my business and they will not be coming on time. I asked for an update on when they would show up - THEY NEVER CALLED BACK 4. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP EVEN LATE. A COMPLETE NO SHOW = FAILING GRADE.
