Jeremy the technician was great. Fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. When replacement of an ac unit proved necessary, the job was completed the very next day. Great service!

I was able to get a service technician come to work on our AC unit within 2 hours of my call. Martin identified the problem and was able to fix it within a few hours. Parts were covered under the warranty and I only had to pay for labor. Once again, I am very satisfied with AJ Danboise and the quality of their service and their quick response time.

Excellent experience. Noah is very professional and good at his job. Tracy, in the office, was very courteous. May 2023, I find I can’t enter a new review for a plumbing job, so I’m editing n old review. the job was to install 3 faucets and 11 water stops. Your plumber did excellent work, was pleasant, and completed the job in under 4 hours. Even with your Always plan “discount “ the cost of this work was $5,850. The cost estimate did not itemize hardware costs. I know what faucets and stops cost and 3 faucets and 11 stops would not cost more than $850, particularly for a plumber. $5,000 for 4 hours work is beyond words excessive. But since my wife insisted, I signed for it to be done, even though I knew this price was outrageous. You did nothing illegal, however I will never do business with you again.

How does this CROOK stay in business. Had 4 estimates for a whole house Generac generator Danboise quote for exact generator was 13,000.00 over other three estimates. YES 13,000.00. When I asked the salesman about the cost being excessive he was stammering and had no excuses. I asked if his salary was commission based he said he “had to go”. Buyer BEWARE there are plenty of reputable companies this isn’t one. I’ve contacted Generac and they said they will look into this pricing
Installed water heater. Hot water in under an hour. All services provided are timely and effective. Hard to find in this day and age. Never feel taken advantage of!
Martin Pavliscak completed the HVAC maintenance today. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Also, unexpectedly, he helped me with a kitchen faucet that was not "dispensing" the water out properly. (The water was coming out in a slow and messy stream. ) It has been on my mind for a few months that maybe I need to call a plumber. Fortunately, Martin mentioned it and said that maybe he could fix it. He made it much better, and told me what part to get at the hardware store.
Cleaned out our AC unit which had stopped functioning due to a mouse chewing through wires, and gave us a good remedy for prevention.

After 25 years in my house, it is ready for several upgrades, and AJ Danboise is able to cover all four major infrastructure areas, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I joined their service club recently, and have had several technicians work on my home in the past month. First was a plumber to install the water line to my new refrigerator. Then John and Robert installed and upgraded the electrical panel, and installed a trip switch so I can run a generator the next time DTE goes down. They also moved and rewired a light switch for me that was in the way of a new appliance. Martin came to inspect my air conditioner as part of the service club plan and did a thorough and excellent job. Jeremy came independently as a specialist in HVAC to recommend and review with me replacement options. Jamie and Todd installed a new air conditioning unit, furnace and smart thermostat in one day. Andrew the manager stopped by during the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly and had me sign rebate forms to DTE and Consumers Energy that were all pre-filled for me. The office staff facilitated real-time communications between the customer and the technicians on the road via both phone and text. All technicians that visited my home were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and clean, as well as friendly. I wish I had found AJ Danboise 25 years ago. If you take your home seriously and want service providers who take their work seriously and respect your home, with reliable, high quality equipment and service, AJ Danboise is the company you want. I’ve used the rest, and they’re the best!
