Jakob was professional and friendly and took care of issue quickly. We are new to the area and chose Haley Mechanical to help us maintain the HVAC systems at our new home. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend
Hamzah Mohammad arrived at 1pm and left just before 7pm. He worked for the entire 6 hours to try to get our air conditioner working. When he left, we had cool air flowing through our house. I would recommend Hamzah and Haley to anyone, based on the thoroughness of Hamzah's work and work ethic.
Highly recommend Haley Mechanical and their superstar technician, Chase. He responded right away, determined our A/C unit issue immediately and was extremely thorough with the service. Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and a friend highly recommended Haley Mechanical. After my experience, I will be highly recommending them as well. Their technician, Jakub, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patiently explained his work. I am so grateful to him, and to the team at Haley Mechanical, for getting our house cool again! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Chase arrived early and set about assessing the AC problem. He was both friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. The AC needed to be recharged and a small leak fixed. Now we are cool again. He did a great job.
Guys came out on time every day for a 2 day furnace and A-C replacement. done on time very professional, and very informative of the appliances installed and answered questions and other issues that may come in the future.. we had 3 men out, and all 3 men are 5 star employees you get quality with this company.. the men, the equipment, the products, and service
Service was quick and friendly. They showed up in a timely manner, were able to do a quick repair and offered advice on next best steps for maintenance of the product in question.
Haley Mechanical did a FABULOUS job for us on our new home heating and air conditioning system. We asked our General Contractor to use them as opposed to their regular mechanical contractor and they did a great job. They installed heating, air conditioning and a radiant in floor heat system that keeps our house perfect all year around. Their installers were excellent, did great work, communicated well. Their Start up people got the system up and running, and adjusted it as needed. Their Office staff are 2nd to none. We would Highly recommend Haley Mechanical for any and all of your Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing needs. Ron & Chris Livengood, Chelsea MI.

I needed a gas line moved from one side of my kitchen to the other. The estimate was prompt and reasonable. I was scheduled quickly and the work was done with care and the way I needed it. No problems. Thank you!
Haley saved the day for us. They were able to schedule us at the last minute before a holiday weekend and replace an old , nonstandard water heater at a very reasonable price.
Not happy with their 24 hour service, when my hot water heater went on a Friday night at my vacation rental. They did not answer my call until Saturday morning. (I called around 10:00pm) There should have been a heater available to the person on call. It took a week to have a new one installed. On top of this my heater was only 3 years old, this should have never happened. The service installer was wonderful, Jeff did a great job and was professional. The staff is always professional and tried to schedule me as soon as possible. I would give these good people a five star review. It’s not their fault this company does not have the proper inventory, in stock.
Jeff added a faucet on my kitchen sink with shut off valves on all connections. Although it was a little more than I wanted to spend, everything works well and was installed as I wanted. He didn't have an adapter for the PUR water filter but I managed to install it and it works fine. Thanks Jeff
Mice got into our AC condensers and made them home. The original installer want to sell us new units at about $10K each. Haley got one of the units up and running in an hour and will come back with new wiring harnesses and circuit boards for a fraction of that. Excellent service!
Jakub and Joe did a great job. They are friendly, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Happy to have them back again in the future.
Avery and Rod did an excellent job. They were easy to work with, very professional, careful about what they were doing and highly skilled. The bio sent about Avere before is an excellent practice and made me aware of his skills and experience. Job well done.

Jakob serviced our mini split. He did a great job! He also explained everything to us and ordered needed part. He gave us good tips on using and maintaining it.
I’ve come to trust Hailey for checking and fixing our cooling and heating system. The technician Andrew was very efficient, professional, friendly, and explained things well.
