We had a $10000 HVAC unit installed via a Home Depot promotion in October 2021. Last summer I noticed a/c not holding temperature. Called twice, no response. Today, It's 98° heat index, temp is set at 76°, currently 78° indoors. A/C has run continuously. Warranty now expired, so I'm on the hook for repairs.Will be using local provider henceforth.
Everything was top notch, from meeting with the sales person, Mark DeVergilio, to the installation team, Aaron and Austin, in addition to a larger crew of Cliff and Johnathan, for job id# HD 306137 on June 13, 2023. Everything was fixed and righted to code and was done in a very timely manner. The team was even kind enough to shut my windows when it unexpectedly started to pour down rain! Very thoughtful and kind.
We've had our generator installed for over two months now - Couldn't be happier! Everyone involved was awesome. They were all on time, polite, and did a great job. Sales - Brad K. The installers; Brandon and Eli on the gas line and John and Chris on the electric were amazing kind, clean, and very professional on installing our home generator system !!!

Same day service. Courteous, professional, communicated everything he was doing, cleaned up afterwards and made sure the gate for the dogs was closed when he was finished. Great job Matthew!

On 06/22/2023 Justin and Brendan job #HD306221. Called ahead and Arrived on time in a identifiable vehicle. Very Pleasant and professional, used care when Inside the house and cleaned up their work area outside. They finished in a timely manner. I Would definitely use Holland Heating and Cooling in the furture. Thank You Holland

Aaron and Dave Krape. RA306201 on June 21 2023 did an excellent job putting in our new hot water heater. They were very professional and when done explained everything. Everything was smooth and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.
Brandon and Martin did an outstanding job installing my new Generac 22KW generator. Their workmanship was outstanding. They paid attention to detail and kept me posted regarding their progress. I highly recommend Holland if you are considering a new generator.

The company came and installed a home generator today, and there were a few things that did not completely satisfy us. They are coming back later this week to make sure that we are completely satisfied. The technicians Brendan K, Eli were the installers, and John and Chris were the Electricians. Just got central Air installed today. The guys from Holland heating. Did a great job. Norm and Dean were very professional. And very knowledgeable. And I did ask alot of questions.That they were able to answer. And they even had some good recommendations for some future ideas I have. I would highly recommend these guys.
Really prompt service. Cliff and Aaron were very personable and professional. They did their job in a timely manner and took extra measures to make sure I understood everything involved. They left the work area cleaner than they found it.
Damon came out and took a look at my furnace. Gave me all my options when it came to fixing the issue. He was very informative and was not pushy. He gave me the info and let me decide. I would highly recommend.
TJ And Erik were polite and professional throughout my interaction with them . They took great care to use tarp to cover my floors . They explained the process and answered all of my questions ! They provided awesome customer service . The ladies in the office were pleasant and professional as well !
