Called them to give me an estimate for a new A/C unit since mine was 32 years old and finally gave up on the hottest day of the year. A sales person came out the same day I called. I Scheduled replacement for the next day. In the morning they came out and installed the new HE unit. It was up and running by 2 pm the same day. I should save around $50/month in my electric bill (8 SEER to 13 SEER). Conner and Tristram did a great job of installation and my wife is happy.
Technician from Davison heating & cooling. Came to home in Warren, MI. 7/3/23. Charged me 98.00 to run check on a/c. Said it would be 2,000.00 to repair a/c system. Because it is old 1999 a/c system. It may not run. Information lots of the parts of system are not working. Need new system cost would be 16,000.00. I could be financed. Told employee of Davison no thank you I called another company. They came out one hour later. It was just two wires in the wrong place. 😑 took 2 min. To solve problem. They changed me nothing!!!!🙂 A/C working Very well. I am positively beyond any reasonable doubt Davison technician tried to give me the business..... what do you think ? Shameful
I recently had the pleasure of working with Davison Home Service and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was highly professional, knowledgeable and provided me with all the necessary information I required. Brent, who helped me choose the best options, was never pushy and was always honest. During the A/C installation, Conner and Adam showed up on time and were very careful with my home. They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Davison Home Service for any future needs.
I reached out the schedules someone to come out and give me a quote for a new furnace and ac unit. Was told I would get a call to set up a time. Have them my name and number. They called my husband while he was working. He told them to call me since I was setting this up. No call. The day that I requested the quote, no call no one showed up. So I called and told them I would like someone to call back to schedule a quote. Again no call back but the next day they called my husband. We went with another company that actually called me back and spoke with me.
Working with Davison Heating and Cooling was an awesome experience. Our AC system stopped working and we had someone out in a very short period of time to evaluate our problem. Our 23 year old unit needed to be replaced, and Cory K was out on a very hot Saturday to get us back up and running. We are now part of their maintenance plan to keep things running smoothly moving forward. Thanks to Cory K for all the hard work and advice during the installation.

Very nice young man. Installed a new part on my water heater. So far so good as I haven’t had any issues so far.
Mike performed AC preseason tune-up/maintenance and inspection. Upon inspection, Mike found a part which needed replacing. He explained what this part does....how much "life" he felt it had left....and my options on having it replaced. Being that my AC was less than 10 years old....the part was covered, with labor being the charge. Mike was very personable, informative, professional.....an excellent technician.
Scott was my technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, extremely nice. He inspected and cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend!
The entire Team is Amazing! I was very comfortable in my home as they professionally installed, and maintained my major appliances. If a question or misundersting arose. Corrective action was initiated quickly! The finished in a timely manner. Aaannnd they left my house clean!! No need to clean up after these guys!! A+!
Thank you for your dedication for making sure everything is finially taken care of Don and Josh . Josh is such a great guy coming after hours to do repair work.... give the man a RAISE !!! He deserves it Hopeful no issues for a long while Tham you again for coming out 5-12-2023 and taking care of issue hopefully last time for furnace. Josh was great did my ac maintenance as promised before he left.
Workmen arrived on time and were courteous. But when they were finished informed me that disconnect box was not in correct place and might not pass inspection in which case I would have to pay to have them back out and pay for another inspection . The next day the manager informed me it wouldn't work anyway as there was a problem with the electrical source which they can't fix because their electricians quit. Water heater was also replaced but they forgot to turn gas back on. Were lines checked for gas leak? It's been 5 days and still no solution.
DH&C just finished installing our new A/C, first time we've ever had central air. Joe P. was very professional in pulling the quote together, and he and Willie even made a second trip to make sure everything could be done right. TJ and Jarod completed the installation, along with Adam on the electrical. Everyone has been friendly, courteous, and professional. They even included new air filter and humidifier media, too! Their price was not only 20% less than the other quote we received, Joe also noticed some areas that needed special thought or planning that the other company seemed to skip right over. I'm very happy with the work completed by Davison Heating & Cooling and would gladly include them in future projects. 18 months after install, snow form the roof pushed the condenser off the pad and jerked the coolant line. I was concerned the line may have been damaged and would be worse if I pushed it back. Brent showed up, verified the line was notcompromised, and put the condenser back in place. No actual repair was required, but Brent validated the fact that had the line beencompromised, it could have caused serious damage. WELL WORTH the price of the service call to be assured that all is well. Thanks, Brent!
I began working with them on a new radiant floor system as well as an ac system and water heater. They had plans before we broke ground and gave us a price. They came out after the house was built and revised their quote. We paid the 50 percent down payment as asked for and expected work to begin asap as the house was ready and they had scheduled to meet at the house which we did. After 60 days of not hearing a word from them I reached out to them. I was told that it was an oversight and they would begin the following week. The following week came and they called me and said they were not going to do the job that the 42,000$ quote was 30k off on their side. I had 4 quotes for this job and they were all in the same ball park so that was just an excuse. Since then telling me this I’ve had another licensed insured company and authorized dealer quote the job and the new quote was 1500$ difference not the 30k. This company is shady and not worth your business!

Tim is AMAZING. I am the type of person who likes to ask questions so I can understand what is going on and he was so patient and kind. He got everything up and running quickly and even let me know about some issues he noticed in my basement. Excellent service.
