Called and got directly connected with a technician. He was able to come out within 2 hrs of my call, fixed my AC very quickly and efficiently. Jeff was super easy to work with and very chill. Appreciated his services on a Sunday and would recommend him 10/10 to everyone. I’m glad I’m in real estate and get to refer him to all my clients and future clients. Hoorah.
No call. No show.
Horrible customer service. Had a appointment scheduled with them today and they didn’t even show or have the common courtesy to give me a phone call. I had to call them 15 minutes before the appointment window ended to see if they were even coming. At the end of the appointment window I received a phone call and they actually thought I would want to reschedule with them after wasting my time. No thank you. I’ll give someone else by money.
Varton H&C was fantastic! Our AC fuses blew after a storm over night, they made it out the next day. Our AC stopped working a week later, I called and they again squeezed us in the same day and has to replace another fuse!! Would recommend 100% over and over again.
Very pleased with their work. Kevin came over on a Monday told me what the problem was and that the part had to be ordered., and to my surprise was still under warranty. That is what I call an honest person. Before 10am Tuesday morning Mike the service tech came in replaced the part and was out of here in no time. I am very pleased and know I will call them again if need be.

When I called Jeff said here is my personal phone text me with your name and address. I am driving right now and will set up an appointment on Monday. It will be either Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. So, I text him with my name and address and tell him just text me with an appointment time and he sent me a text saying do you still need your ac repaired. Then he text Wednesday morning? I don't know what most people mean when they say give me an appointment time but I mean give me an appointment time and someone will be there. Seriously 3 day to get a ?. I will make an appointment with someone who can make an appointment time in less than 4 days.
Varton Heating & Cooling has always been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We contacted Kevin on Sunday at about 6:00 pm because our furnace was not blowing hot air. He walked my husband and I through the steps to take to fix our issue and we had heat again within 30 min. Thanks so much Kevin!! We are so thankful for the wonderful service that you and Varton ALWAYS provides to us. Your the GREATEST!
Did the job and got our heat up and running. Performed basic maintenance in attempt to solve issue prior to the more expensive fix. Additionally, when the issue (mother board) was identified as the culprit, he contacted manufacturer to see if the part was still under warranty. Lucky for us, it was, leaving us with only the cost of labor. Additionally, the Technician was very professional and worked quickly.
Called and they came out the same day. They did a great job at a fair price. The tech, Matt, fixed the problem quickly.
AC unit been out for two days, I live in a mobile home and my son has a heart condition, not cool for not having same day service
Great service! My furnace went out on the coldest day of the year, was using my fireplace and a space heater. Varton Heating & Cooling squeezed me in at the end of the day. Their,tech, Alex, diagnosised the problem in less than ten minutes, called around to find the part, got it before the distributor closed for the day, came,back and had it fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend them!
My furnace went out on a Sunday. Gave them a call came out within 1 hour and had it fixed quick!! Will you them again definitely
We woke up to no heat. Called Varton and Kevin was at our house quickly and got us all fixed up! Great experience with this company... we would definitely call them again!
