WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!! I placed an order thinking this was a the best deal. It's 105 in Texas and my AC motor is out. I figured ored the part my brother can repair it. I order the part June 30...thinking the part would make it here overnight. Paid overnight shipment. Whats one day, this has turned into a NIGHTMARE!!! Here it is July 7 and my home is 85 degrees with my 70 year mother living here. Order has been placed a secontime, this time FEDEX tracking said, it would be delivered July 6 by 8pm. First time FEDEX states the package was empty when it arrived in Memphis, TN. Worst service I have ever received in my 40 years.

We ordered a part for our air conditioner the part arrived it was the wrong board from what we ordered, so they sent us out what was Suppose to be the right board but we received the same wrong board. Now they won't return the item even though we sent it in the same packaging and the item was never installed they are refusing to send the item back to us or give us a refund. Do not ever buy from this company you will regret it.

Repairclinic gave me an incorrect tracking number and promised to call me back within 48 hours when my shipment was delayed but they never did. Item arrived over a week late. I tried to do a return and they said they would have the shipping company pick it up the next day. It's been sitting on my porch daily for a week, and nobody has come to pick it up so they won't refund my fee. I found a local shop with the part and was able to pick it up same day. Price was only $10 more than repair clinic. Worth paying the extra to avoid dealing with repairclinic again.
Great youtube videos for taking apart dryers. Was able to get the entire thing completely cleaned out, and cleaned all the blower motor blades, so now it's just PUMPING air out the back. Plenty of pressure to get the moisture all the way up and out of the roof.
Ordered a part for a price much lower than competitors, was delivered quickly, and now my appliance works again.
Ordered and paid for part, received an email today saying the price had increased from $1189 to $2423 and they would not honor the posted price. Manufacturer sells the part for $1300. Not sure if I will use Repair Clinic in the future.
Whenever any one of my machines decide not to work. I turn to RepairClinic not only for the correct part but also how to make the repair. This site is fantastic. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Update- While my initial experience with Ben in customer service was terrible, the company did the right thing and made up for it! His manager was very polite and professional, resolving the matter quickly and reasonably. They offer great services and should be compensated for the additional costs of 24/7 customer service and the many videos they put out, just be aware that is part of the price match guarantee. I’m grateful for their support after a little bit of conflict. Original- I just had a “customer service” experience with Ben. What an absolute joke. The guy was flat out rude and provided no service whatever, then proceeded to argue with me about my claim that someone else offered a lower price. Their parts are modestly priced, but the price match has a long description that says the competitor must provide 24/7 service. I’m not upset about this company so much, but Ben has to go.

Terrible Return Policy. They refused to pay return shipping saying it was my fault ordering the wrong item even though their website lists the correct part as not compatible with my fridge.
