A lot of respect for JohnF who showed up on time, provided a good diagnosis of the problem and some options and proceeded to fix it. Very grateful they honored their appointment because others would call to cancel. However, as part of AC servicing, they require to you to have someone come out and provide an estimate for a new system. That estimate for a new system was exactly twice the cost of the highest end systems from multiple dealers for Lennox and Trane, which made no sense at all.
Brandon did an awesome job and explained everything he was doing. Very professional I would highly recommend this company they communicated everything along the way
I am beyond grateful and happy that One Hour was able to have a tech out same day I called. Rick (service tech) was amazing. I was worried from the time I realized my AC stopped working that it may not get fixed or that I would need a new unit. Thankfully Rick was able to fix it and assured me it was a simple capacitor part!!! Thank you!! He's my hero! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service from this company. They are courteous with my time always on schedule and use the latest technology to track their arrival. Technicians are polite and knowledgeable. Back office workers, receptionist and schedulers are also very courteous. Highly recommended.

I had both HVAC maintenance and electrical inspection/maintenance done. Madyson and Brandon were both courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and amazingly friendly and professional !! Both are truly an asset to your business!
My call was dropped twice while calling, but I am glad that I kept trying. The staff on the phone was very polite and helpful and setup a time for 4pm for a repair on my a/c. They were able to not only come out on the same day, but also made it to my house 5 hours early since I was available. The staff member that they sent out was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time home owner I was able to pick his brain on basics of cleaning and maintaining my system without irritation to him. After his inspection of my system he diagnosed what was wrong and told me the best and worst case scenarios of what could happen and be needed. His suggestion was to add more freon to the system as the system seemed to be in good working order but may potentially have a leak. If I had a leak the cost could be high as finding the leak and repairing is almost as costly as replacing the system. He suggested adding freon first and seeing how the system held up since the age was not that bad on the unit. (maybe 15 years?) I opted out of having them add the freon since I had a friend that could do that for free which he was more than okay with and charged me appropriately for the service provided. I feel the cost I paid which was $90 to have them come out and roughly $110 to have him fully check my system inside and out completely. He also gave me pointers and tips with my humidifier system in the house as well. Overall great experience and will for sure use them again. 5/5 for sure! Give that man a raise for his politeness and knowledge please! Also, after adding the freon, my system has been blasting cold air again and holding strong!

Service tech Brandon came out on Sunday as my a/c was blowing warm air. He was very professional. He listened attentively while I described my concerns and then he set out to assess the situation. He talked me through the entire process and laid out my options. I would certainly cal this company again when I need help with my HVAC.
Repair man came out same day due to health issues was much appreciated! He did a great job fixing our A/C, explaining everything and letting us know other recommendations. Thank you so much! We will definitely call them again for any future repairs.
