My upstairs AC was not working on a hot June day so I looked up a few HVAC companies on google. I went with Sam due to great googole reviews and reasonable dianostic price. Sam and his helper was great to work with. Very knowledgeble with AC unit. I would recommend Sam to anyone that needs AC service. I will recommend them to the neighborhood also. -Kevin
Incredible! Called Sam at 8am. Sam answered immediately about my heating issue when I called him. Sam was earlier then expected when he came to my home. Fixed the problem with 0 issues and on top of that a great guy! Will call him for any heating or cooling issues. 100% satisfied call him for any issues you are having.
Had no heat in cold December. Sam said he would fit me in the same day. Restored heat for the night but it was complicated repair and he needed to return several times. Also had my ducts cleaned out (never been done in 16 years, was pretty yucky) Sam is very knowledgeable, and very nice. I will be a customer for all heating, plumbing, air conditioning needs for life.
Sam is a most excellent contractor. He and his brother recently installed a new Rinnai heater and gas stove in one of my rental units. He worked with me so that we could plan everything with minimal disruption to the tenants. They did quality work - the new gas lines are nicely bracketed and level, they made sure I had the users manuals and warranty info, and they cleaned their work area really well when the work was complete. Both myself and the tenants are very happy!!!
Sam is responsive, professional, and clear in his communication. He came to our house to check out our AC within 20 minutes of calling. He followed up with additional visits about a plumbing problem and also answered questions via phone and text. He's a fantastic guy and the right person to call for plumbing and HVAC issues.
Sam, Tim, and their crew are absolutely awesome! We called so many places who had crazy prices, or wouldn't do the work, and Sam was very clear about expectations, his availability, and offered a very fair and competitive price. He also recommended us to a super skilled and very nice electrician to get the electrical part of the job done. Tim & his crew arrived on time on installation day (installing ductless mini-splits we bought ourselves), were super communicative about the process while they worked, gave us their opinion on where to place the mini splits, and worked neat and clean. They also SAVED us by finding, buying, and selling to us at cost a part that we ordered from Home Depot but they *lost* it in the warehouse. We now enjoy a cool or warm house without having to use the furnace or window ACs. We feel so lucky to have found Sam's HVAC and we'll absolutely call Sam for every plumbing need at our new house!
I cannot even believe how Amazing this guy is! Sam got to my house in literally 6 minutes after I called him. He solved my problem immediately and was like the most personable HVAC plumber I have met. If you have an HVAC issue then trust in Sam. I sure do now.
Sam is great! He’s done numerous jobs (installed a new HVAC system, replaced a few leaky faucets) at my house and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any future jobs. He really goes out of his way to help and I couldn’t appreciate it more.
I had a significant amount of work done by Sam and are really happy with their services. Had an emergency repair with frozen pipes and a broken water heater and they came quickly over the weekend and professionally took care of everything. Thank you!
I would highly recommend Sam to anyone! Very professional, communicated about everything he was doing as he inspected my furnace. Also, upon first meeting, you could tell he is a genuine and honest person.
Sammy was sent from heaven!!!! Call this man! I called Sammy about a problem I was having with my AC. I just moved into my home and was sad to find when I first turned on my central air that it wasn't cooling down. Of course, it was the hottest day of the year and a Sunday. I didn't know what to do. I kept calling people that brushed the issue off when I finally came across Sammy's contact info. Frantic, I reached out to him. He was at my house within 3 hours (same day - YES ON A SUNDAY!) and within a half hour he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was also honest about the problem and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me (even though I know NOTHING about AC at all). He was wonderful. Fast. Professional. I cannot say enough nice things about him. THANK YOU SAMMY!!
These guys are some of the best in the business. Very personable and generous with their time and making sure we understood what was needed for our HVAC system. We have since moved to Texas and haven't found anyone like them yet.
-Very professional services. -Subject matter expert, that is articulated when explaining the scope of work. -Took care of the entire process, including permits, material and work. - I always felt that our job was Sam's priority. -I won't call anyone else in the future.

Both Tim and Sam were very nice and professional and are very responsive. Tim arrived earlier than the time he gave us and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, very knowledgable and respectful. Pricing is also very reasonable, would recommend their services to anyone.
Sam was very responsive when I needed. He literally fixed the ac unit in the rain under an umbrella. He knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed. I called Sam to have a maintenance on my central air, he said he would stop by between 4pm - 7pm. Around 5pm I reached out to him to confirm if he is still coming, he said yes he will be there. Around 6:30 pm I reached back out and asked if he would still make it today, he said yes will be there before 7pm. At 7:15pm, still not showing up, i texted him indicating that perhaps we should reschedule. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since the reviews on here were very good, so he agreed that the next day at 5 pm would work. I said ok. 5 pm rolls around, yet another no call no show. What a horrible customer experience that left me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Had Sam insall a 2 Ton Mitsubishi mini split with heat pump. Sam and his crew did a amazing job and was completed within 4 hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he gave me a great price. I'm very happy with the work and I'd would highly recommended him.
