As long as I'm a homeowner I will never use another plumber I am always 100% happy with the work I receive from Glen Zona.
Glen and his crew were wonderful! He responded to my call immediately and had my water heater fixed within 24 hours for a great price. Will definitely be using him again in the future!
Glen was very knowledgable and you could tell he is a good guy. Free estimate and he installed a new water heater within 24 hours of me calling him and his price could not be beaten by competitors. Always responsive. Works very clean, and is very efficient on the installs. Pricing is very comparable to all the quotes we received.
We have been using Glen Zona for several years now to care for our rather temperamental (but very energy efficient!) gas furnace and water heater. To be honest, its kind of a lemon but we bought it so there you go. . . Because of that, we have had to use Zona's services more often than I would have liked but after we found him (the last repairman screwed the furnace up by wiring it incorrectly during a repair) we have not wanted to use anybody else. He is available 24/7 and is quite prompt. He has never met a problem he couldn't fix quickly and for a reasonable price. I give him five stars because what he also has brought is honesty and integrity. He has had several opportunities to pad his bill or perform unneeded services and he has never taken advantage of them. Its really nice to to not worry about getting screwed over and that is what elevates him to five stars; integrity. Can't recommend him highly enough.
