Hot water pipe burst last night called them and left a message they called me first thing this morning. I would like to thank Andrew my plumber Very helpful , and professional. It was nice to have a young adult who communicates well and a firm handshake. Will use again .
Darren & Rodney were very professional & very good at time management. Despite their boss constantly calling them, I heard the employee trying to explain the circumstances of the job to him. I noticed if the boss would stop calling, they could get a lot more done! They deserve his trust & should just leave them to their work! Great guys! 👍
Had been without heat & hot water for weeks waiting on another company that kept postponing the job, called Fresolo & I had heat & hot water within a matter of days because I needed a whole new system in which I knew of, Darren & Rodney came & spent the whole day working nonstop to install a new system & very professional, very clean about the job & I can honestly say the nicest guys I have ever had work in my home. I would call them again in an instant if need be. The Best.
Fresolo helped my mum when her old heating system failed. They installed a new one for her in just one day! Incredible company and employees - thank you Fresolo!!!

I've worked with Rocky and Cindy for our plumbing needs a few times now and they have been absolutely great to work with. We've also been lucky enough to continue to get Andrew for each service call. I called in the morning with a handful of small repairs and all were completed the same day! They requested pics of my issues so they could come prepared and they certainly did. Andrew was so professional, kind and courteous and did a great job on everything. Highly recommend!
I called fresolo twice,first call they said someone will call me to Make an appoitment,nobody ever called, then I call again someone answered the phone and I looks like he was drunk,he told me someone will call me to make an appointment. Honestly ! I think this is the worst company, I'll never call them again.
I have worked with Rocky for 26+ years. It began when I needed assistance reinstalling a toilet after the installation of a new tile floor. Since then his Installed and maintain bathrooms in two properties and old sewer lines. They are professional and feel like a part of my community.

We have used Rocky for installation of a new gas furnace and water heater and he work and professionalism were both excellent! He also helped out with two plumbing emergencies: once when we had some rotted pipes and water shut off and once when we had clogged pipes and sewer leakage. We were very pleased all three times and highly recommend this business!!!
Updated Feb. 6, 2018: Here are direct quotes from the email I received after Rocky came to assess the 3 jobs I had: (1) Supply and Install New White Gerber Viper VP-21-514 14" Rough Elongated Water Closet (toilet & tank) to replace existing. Price to Include: 1. New Wax Seal. 2. New Johnny Bolts. 3. New Water Supply Connector. 4. New White Elongated Seat. 5. Removal and Disposal of old Water Closet. $695.00 (2) Supply and Install New Chrome Delta 4380-DST Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with side spray and gooseneck spout to replace existing complete with new water supply connections under sink. ***Owner is aware that garbage disposal may need to be removed to access existing faucet for removal, and that existing drain pipe has large amounts of putty on tailpiece typically indicating a leak that has been patched. We will use extreme caution, but changing faucet may disturb this patch and may cause a leak. If any kitchen drain work is required to repair drain properly then additional compensation will be required.*** $545.00 (3) [Gas Warm Air Furnace repair] Supply and Install New American Standard OEM Blower Motor and Blower Wheel Assembly to replace existing complete with new capacitor and removal and disposal of old motor and blower wheel. ***This is a non stock item, this will take 3-5 days to bring in from factory, and is not returnable. I had estimates from three on the list provided by Eversource toward an oil to gas conversion. Mr. Fresolo was GREAT - really appreciated prompt communication, service, and support with rebate. Thank you!
Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. I will be using them for years to come for the maintenance of my system.
