Garabedian Plumbing always does a great job for me, Rick came over this time and fixed my bathroom plumbing issues, went above and beyond in explaining what he was doing and making sure everything was repaired. With Garabedian Plumbing, always a great price, very quick response and very high quality service, they're the best!
I have been using Garabedian Plumbing for years. In emergencies they respond within hours. They recently installed Central air conditioning and a new hot water heater. I shopped around for the pricing on both and they came in with the best pricing. The work was excellent and timely. Very professional and friendly staff both in the office and in the field.
Rick and AJ replaced our failing well pressure tank as well as installed a whole-house filter system to improve the quality of our water. Their work was top notch, and they showed us how to use the system and change filters, as well as checked all our fixtures for water pressure. They were incredibly helpful - we will definitely call Garabedian for all of our plumbing needs!
Had my toilet fixed today by Alec. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He stuck around and answered some general questions I had about plumbing and heating, which was very informative. I highly recommend him.

Have used in the past and are always responsive and professional. Do good work, although for most recent work on main drain, they needed to return since work wasn't fully completed on initial visit and the issue came back after a few days. On my list of "go tos" for plumbing issues.
I was having a gas hot water tank replaced. The old tank had a 10-year warranty; and at 9 1/2 years it let go. They told me it was still warrantied and they replaced it. I did have to pay for the labor but it was significantly less than what I would have paid otherwise. They came when they said they were coming. The only issue I might have had was replacing a tank is now a two-man job and the tank broke over the weekend and they weren't able to get a second individual to help with the job on Sunday. This meant my tenants have to go without hot water for an extra day. But otherwise, everything was great!
Be aware!!!!! They claim that they charge $150 per hour, but they don’t. If you hire them make sure that you double the $150. At first I thought it’s the technician who’s Exaggerating with the hours but and after I talked to the office about the over charges I found out that they are all on one page. Absolutely unethical company.
Jesse and Sal came and a replaced a utility sink in our basement today. They were very professional and did excellent work! They were very clean workers too😊We also had outdoor spigot and kitchen faucet work several months ago. Same high quality standards. We always use Garabedian and are never disappointed!
Great and fast service! Alex was our plumber and he was awesome! Getting a call from your tenant with a water leak issue on a Sunday is the worst! I gave them a call and he was able to arrive within 30 mins to solve our issues. Price was reasonable given it was an emergency and on the weekends. Would highly recommend!
8 AM -Our Water Heater decided to fail and leak in our basement. We called Garabedian Plumbing. I sent a photo to them of our current water heater. 8:15 AM. received call back from Garabedian telling us they had a quality water heater in stock and would come by same day to install. 10 AM Garabedian arrives , removes the old water heater and install new one. This is not easy- some new exhaust pipes installed to meet current code, getting permit and inspection from City of Worcester. I asked for addition of drip pan. 2 PM Zach and Kyle install new water heater and 1/2 hour later the water is hot. My wife is very happy-which makes me happy. Invoice is very reasonable for a quality AO Smith water heater with 6 year warranty. Workmanship on installation looks first rate. Garabedian Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbors and they gave me great advice. A very good experience that started with a what I thought was a big problem.
Quite a bit shoulder shrugging for the price. I am fine with paying $200 for the intial visit but there better be value in it outside of a super general guesswork. It also helps to know when you are talking to a licensed plumber or apprentice, especially when billed by the hour.
Do not use Garabedian. ZERO STARS! They are not thorough and Cindy is THE RUDEST person at this company. I don't know if she's the owners family member but you need to get her out of your office. She constantly gaslighted me during our phone conversation (yell-fest) and refused to allow me to express my thoughts and stance. She kept speaking over me and twisting my comments to suit her needs. Initially, I'd been a customer for Garabedian for a few years. I always dealt with techs like Zach or Jimmy (both of whom I enjoyed working with). I never had to deal with back office initially. This January 2022 I had a no heat call placed. It's April now and I still have no heat. I had 5 visits from Garabedian techs and they haven't fixed my issues (single family home, forced hot air from oil).
After very negative and stressful experience with Dumas Plumbing, I really welcomed and appreciated Al's professionalism, friendliness and overall sense of human decency. He took care of the washer clogging and looked at a couple of other small issues I had. He pointed out that the flush lever the Dumas guy installed was not the right one. No wonder I had to manually lift it after every flush or water would continuously run. Dumas guy also did not replace flapper, which I'd told him to do. Al corrected both without overcharging for the parts or adding to the cost of the visit. Al was a real pleasure to work with. Thank you!
We made an emergency call and spoke with the answering service. While the answering service was phenomenal, the service was not! The on call person called us back and said he would be over after he finished 2 more jobs. Hours and hours passed without word. I called the answering service again requesting that the on call person let us know an approximate time frame in which we could expect him. Answering service told me that if I didn't hear from the on call person within 30-40 to call back. I waited an hour and called back. Answering service sent a message to on call person yet again, asking them to call or text us with a timeframe. No response at all from the on call person. Received a call the following morning and at that point we had already found a much more reliable company to come out and fix our issue.
Great experience recently with this firm. Water heater was leaking, ready to go. I called a competitor, they gave me estimate of $4,200, which seemed high. I called Garabedian, their service manager Jimmy said there might be a warranty on my current heater. I sent him some pics with serial #, etc. and he verified warranty was in place. The heater was at no cost and service tech, Zack, did a nice job on the installation; bill came to under $1,000, saving me $3K. The competitor never mentioned possibility of warranty on my old tank. I'll continue to give these guys my business and tell my friends & family as well.
The gentleman was knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to call upon them again and would recommend Garabedian plumbing to anyone.

We've used Garabedian on a number of occasions for various small/medium projects (servicing, replacing a direct vent heater), and then sadly this weekend, both our hot water heater and boiler died. Two days after this died, we had heat and hot water again! Yes, it's expensive (but not as bad as I'd initially feared). Yes, you get what you pay for and I will recommend Garabedian to anyone. Rick was terrific this week, and we'd worked with Steve in the past. Rick clearly takes pride in his work and patiently took the time to show how everything worked together and what I needed to do to maintain it. The work area was clean and neat when he left. If you need a plumber, call Garabedian. UPDATE: We continue to use Garabedian for all our plumbing needs. Very recently, Al (Alec?) came to repair a couple of leaky basement pipes, unclog a slow shower, and replace a garbage disposal. In and out in a few hours. He continues the string of outstanding plumbers and outstanding work and I can't thank him enough. Maybe it's a little odd that my shower is no longer ankle-deep with water, but whatever. It's the little things, right?
I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Very responsive when I've had pipes burst, and today was no exception. James Martin was extremely professional, friendly, and prompt and I would highly recommend.
