Energy Monster has done a lot of work for myself, family and friends. The process was simple, the workers were on time, polite and cleaned up right away. I have had them insulate 3 of my properties and they have done a dozen or more and each time with glowing reviews!
Jose and Angel and their crew just completed our heat pump installation. They were punctual, neat with the work, and competed the job in the time they said they would. I have already recommended Energy Monster to a few neighbors as well! Thank you again for a job well done!
Jose at Energy Monster came with his team to install some mini splits in our apartment as requested by our landlord. He and his team were respectful, kind, and thorough. They made sure to clean up after themselves, knock when coming in and out, and overall were just very friendly throughout the install!
If you think Energy Monster is clueless, you need to look inward.
They installed mini splits in our house. First they pushed and pushed to start the work before the loan came through, which it didn’t and then we had to pay out of pocket. We were told we had to be home so someone could come by and explain how the system works. That never happened. Now we’re having our siding replaced due to visible rot and it turns out the crew attached the water lines with electrical tape. Water was pouring down in between the siding and the house itself, causing damage.
Jose and his team came to my house to install the minisplits, excellent job, each of them knew what they were doing, a job well done, they picked up the trash and even vacuumed where they worked. very respectful and friendly; We definitely recommend Jose and his very efficient work team ✨✨
Had this company do insulation in my attic and my exterior walls, was told that the wood clap boards sidings had to be removed for them to blow the insulation which was understandable but instead the contractor who showed up to do the job broke every board in half, and used glue to put the board together, VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL, complaint about it,haven’t heard back, wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and nails were not picked up
This wasn’t a great experience. They broke my vinyl siding and left dirty hand prints all over the side of my house even though I didn’t even want insulation done in the walls. They just rushed ahead without checking. Then they used a literal handful of white sl to sloppily replace the broken piece. They moved my lawnmower and garden supplies into the yard and left it all outside in the rain — never even returned it when they left. I can’t easily see that portion of my yard so didn’t notice until we’ll after they left. Used too long screws so that they protruded through the ceiling. This was very obvious but they left it like that anyway, only fixing it once I called and asked. Installed a bathroom/roof vent incorrectly into my brand new roof causing my ceiling to leak (they did correct this eventually). I chose them based on good reviews but I was surprised by how shoddy and careless they were which made me concerned about the quality of work done. Update: Roof has now leaked a second time and they came to fix a second time. Left me having to fix the sloppy joint compound work they did on the ceiling, prime, paint, and reinstall the light fixture all over again. Ceiling all cracked up now. Problem after problem. I don’t trust the work they do at this point.

Terrible company that has owners who don't have a clue. Non responsive, no attention to detail, their own employees stack up the positive reviews and to top it all off they stuff their employees and vendors regularly. Stay far away. The leets love being rich, who wouldn't? Problem is, they lie, cheat,steal and do shoddy work to get there....
The team at Energy Monster, starting with Kevin, and all of the office staff and crew members installing, were very professional and responsive. They go above and beyond with everything. If one team member is on vacation, other responded to my queries. I give them more than 5 stars and highly recommend their services. I was able to refer my neighbor, who saved a large amount through Energy Monster
Excellent advice and customer service
Jose did a great job replacing a noisy pump in my attic with a gravity fed system. Everyone in my house would like to thank him. We can now sleep soundly without that pump going off every 15 seconds.. Very quick response and professional service thanks!!!!
Energy Monster "completed" work of my mini-split heat pump system on May 19th. The same day they completed work, the unit (the most expensive unit too) responsible for cooling the dining room and kitchen died. We are still waiting on a replacement unit. We were told time and time again that it would be repaired within a week or so. Mike Heil was the project manager and had zero time for my questions and was rude and abrupt on every phone call. Courtney, the director of operations, took over as my contact once Mike was, and I quote, "no longer with us". She has been much more kind but the unit is still dead and we do not know when it will be replaced. My wife is 8 months pregnant. It's about to be a week straight of 90+ temps. The lack of follow through on this is disappointing to say the least.
The Energy Monster team worked with me to design, acquire and install a duckless mini-split system. All the way through the installation the experience was professional. The system was installed a week early and in less time than planned. A very positive experience. Communication was timely and always followed up on. I look foward to a similar experience processing my rebate. A-PLUS!
Besides the competitive cost and professional details provided by their sales team, I’m also pleased by after sale service from Kyle. They are patient and take care of their customer to address any concerns. I would recommend Energy Monster at Worcester for anyone looking to install solar system.
Courtney & her team were super professional & efficient, from the Mass Save audit during which Jim pointed out items that had never been mentioned in previous audits to the quick & thorough work that was made of installation of insulation in our attic & weatherproofing all entrances. I would not hesitate to use Energy Monster again & highly recommend them.
