Really nice guy with quality service
DISHONEST! Bobby quoted AND CHARGED us for an 18K BTU heat pump but quietly installed a 12K system. There was a $600 difference in price, which he pocketed. We only found out through the electrician that installed the system for us. When confronted about it, Bobby first admitted it in writing, then came up with all kinds of excuses you can imagine to not refund us. We've given him several months, and every opportunity to make this right and it's a shame we have to leave him this negative review. However, it would be imprudent not to share our unfortunate experience. We'd recommend looking elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
Bobby was fantastic to work with. He put in new AC units which were installed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend this company for any mechanical services needed.
Bobby came the same day and resolved the problem right away. He offered to come again next day to perform some diagnosis free of charge and I am glad he did. We found couple issues which he resolved while he was still there. If you are looking for a honest, reliable, affordable hvac person look no further!
Bobby came out to my home and help me with my ac system notice the install was wrong and that there where noncodensables in the system makeing the compressor super hot he worked no stop to get my unit running I would recommend highly if you want great craftmanshiphip and and hard working
