Would give zero stars if it were possible. They came in to fix my ac and was very unprofessional he threw his tools on my freezer and scratched the top of it . Would not even answer my questions he was so rude. I would never use this company again.

CC Temp Control did a great job installing my ductless heating & AC system. Fredy was the lead technician on the job and he always kept me up to date on what was happening. The team arrived on time, let me know when they were leaving and when they would return. They left my home as clean as it was when they arrived and each technician was professional and courteous. Katie was extremely helpful when it came to making sure the Mass Save paperwork was completed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Jason Bouchard installed three new thermostats and did so professionally, with quality and in a very efficient manner. He explained the two different types of thermostat to me and how to maintain them. C and C Temp Control responded to my request for a quote, provided a written contract explaining the price and made a prompt appointment time. Jason was right on time for the appointment and conducted himself in a friendly professional manner. I will continue to highly recommend C and C Temp Control to my family and friends. I am the HVAC and Mechanical Manager for Old Sturbridge Village, Old Sturbridge Academy, the Old Sturbridge Inn and the Reeder Family Lodges. In the past two years I have had numerous HVAC/Refrigeration Sytems replaced, repaired, rewired, re-piped, re-ducted, etc. by C&C Temp Control. As well as multiple new HVAC/R installations and I don't have any issues or concerns. C&C stands behind their work and always guarantee the job gets done correctly. They also provide excellent plumbing repair and installation services from their on-staff master plumbers. I can't say enough positive things about their customer service, prompt emergency services, technical abilities, adaptivity and attention to detail! They have the knowledge, experience, engineering, project management and sensibility you need to satisfy all of your HVAC/R needs. No need to search any further because C&C has got you covered! We had C and C Temp Control repair a leaking relief valve at our home in Shrewsbury. I think by the time I called for service it had actually failed. Nonetheless, they scheduled an appointment for the next day & repaired it quickly.
I just had Tommy and Alex install mini splits at my residence. They were neat friendly and courteous. I use C&C professionally also and it is always the same. Highly recommended both personally and from a business side.
Jared and Ben installed a heat pump in my old house and its been great. Completely re did the duct work and were flexible with what was going on at the time.
One of the greatest HVAC system around Worcester area. I like the fact that when giving me a quote they actually stopped and listen what where my concerns and what I wanted for my house as opposed to other companies that try to impose their design on you. They gave me multiple options and let me choose what best fit my needs. When it comes to the installation Ben and Jared was great they took the time to answer all my question and concerns and they addressed all the concerns I had right there on the spot. If you are looking to install or replace you HVAC system I would say give this company a call before making your final decision. They installed my new central air system, which I thought wasn’t possible at my house, and I also used them to replace my oil tank.
They come in and fix the problem and it stays fixed. Quick response, Quick work, very professional workmanship.

Recently they completed a new AC install in my house. Ben and Jarred are very professional. Also, they clean up so well that I never felt a installation was going on for 4 days. I will take their service again!
C&C was amazing! They came out same day. Danielle was so nice on the phone making arrangements (I live out of state) and Roger had the unit fixed and running that afternoon. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend C&C Temp Control.
I would highly recommend C&C Air conditioning. They are polite , professional, quality work and spotless when they are done. I just had a yearly service done. The technician was on time, polite , answered all my questions.
