Highly recommended - they know their profession! Eddie has been super-responsive, even coming out Christmas Eve morning to address an issue we had with our heating. Eric did a super job on the heater maintenance, offering recommendations for the proper filter and other observations. Great crew!
Eddie returned calls in a timely manner, worked around my schedule, and showed up on time. I did not have to take any time off of work for the initial diagnostic service call or for Eddie to come and measure my house for a new furnace. My old furnace was at the end of its life. I did not shop around because the only time I had to take off of work was for the installation of the new furnace and time off of work is money. The price seemed fair enough. Eric and the tech team are great. Eric is an encyclopedia of knowledge. My neighbor recommended them, she had her central AC replaced last summer and had a good experience. I will definitely continue to have them service my HVAC.
Very satisfied with McNeill. They were very responsive, returned my call quickly, were pleasant to speak to and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Got everything installed and buttoned up in a timely manner. I will certainly call them for future service(s).

I really wanted to give this company a higher rating. I called to have my ac serviced because it was leaking water. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful, and booked me an appointment within a couple days. The technician sent only cleaned my unit, and did not fix the issue. I called the company back and they sent a service technician a couple days later. When he opened it, he said “wow this is most dog hair I’ve ever seen inside of a unit and I can’t believe [the first technician] missed it.” He did not feel right charging me for a service call because the first technician didn’t do what he was supposed to. He called his boss who said I still need to be charged, and I said that’s fine but I want someone to come back and clean my unit that clearly wasn’t done the first time. I was told I’d be called back, and we would figure this out. At this point the second technician left, once again with my AC not being fixed. I told both technicians my issue is most likely a clogged drain line, but neither even checked it. After trying to contact the company a couple times and not receiving any calls back I decided to fix the unit myself and I never heard from the company again. Not sure what happened in this situation, but I expected better than this and I won’t be using this company in the future.
The technicians were professional, polite and efficient.
Dryer duct cleaning the tech was in and out in under an hour.
My usual company could not diagnose problem with lockouts after 3 visits, Eric was able to solve and get our heat back in 1 visit, explaining everything that was wrong and best maintenance

Excellent work on a cold day when the furnace went out. Technician was courteous, efficient and very friendly. I'd suggest McNeil to anyone needing an help with heating or air conditioning issues.

First I would highly recommend McNeil Heating to anyone looking to service existing or install new equipment. They are without a doubt very knowledgeable and of HVAC equipment and understanding of the clients needs. The technician, Eric, called to let me know he was on his way. He did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units and answered all my questions regarding filters and maintenance--and I had quite a few questions. I appreciated the notes on my receipt regarding the work performed as well as the tips on future maintenance needs. Eric was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend McNeill Heating & Air Conditioning.
