Colin from Winters is amazing. Came over and took care of our whole AC system. Stayed till job was done and done well.

Our AC broke down July 3rd. They sent a technician 2 days later. Zane Villandry found the problem, explained it and made sure we understood all of our options. He gave us a temporary solution to cool things down until the installation of a new unit could occur. Beginning with my first call, I have been extremely satisfied.
Winters Home Services literally saved us a huge sum and unnecessary work by correctly diagnosing and solving our sewer drainage problem. Telephone scheduling was easy, and service was prompt. Jeff was professional, able, and determined to fix our problem. We had called Winters second. Another drainage specialty company had just charged us nearly 3x what Winters charges. They completely misdiagnosed our problem and scheduled extensive and expensive excavation work. Jeff didn’t understand this bad advice. He promptly diagnosed and solved our problem- saving us well over 20k! Winters is the real deal!
We have used Winters for multiple small plumbing projects since we moved in a year ago, and have had an excellent experience every time. Everyone we have interacted with has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I had a broken water heater that I had Winter Home Services come and take a look at. Everything from scheduling to the wrap up was excellent. Very professional team and the technician (Matthew) was very efficient in getting a new water heater in.

Nick was great. He was very communicative about asking the issue and discussing what he thought the problem was, what steps he was taking to remedy the problem, provided updates throughout and then went over exactly what actually was done. He fully cleaned area before departing.
I called to ask about a job you did for me 2years ago. I got a call back from the person that new about my job immediately. John got in touch with me then inspectional service and take care of the problem. He then called me to confirm. Totally satisfied.

We have had Maury and Jesse to our house to help with a variety of home services. Both guys have been extremely professional. They have taken time to walk through options and are upfront about the pros/cons of different solutions. Very easy to work with.

John was a wonderful worker and very conscientious. I enjoyed meeting him and our conversations and he was very clear about what he was doing with our mini splits.
I was lucky -- Vincent was in the neighborhood and was at my door within 30 minutes of my calling the office for an appointment. Vincent (who has made service calls to my home previously) was his usual efficient and professional self. Since his last visit, I got a new dog who clearly loved Vincent (and she doesn't like everyone). The old gas water heater was out and the new electric one in, all within 4 hours. A totally great experience for me!
I received an excellent response from the Company on a website inquiry for same day service to install a new garbage disposal. Jesse did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable and helped us get a decent price. We will have them do other work for us. I highly recommend Winters Home Services
We have a service plan with Winters for AC (springtime) and furnace (fall). We've been very happy with our experience over the years; they're easy to work with, reliable staff, and they give detailed info about maintenance options to take care of our old dinosaur furnace and AC, without any particular pressure. James Jones is thorough, conscientious, and friendly. Highly recommend Winters Home Services.
Received a consult about installing a split heating cooling system in our home with Zane. Very helpful and informative, knowledgeable about Mass Save as well. I appreciated his transparency on pricing and what work needs to be done for this project. Update: Brian lead the install of the split heating/cooling. He was quick, efficient, and always kept the work areas clean. He did a great job, and we are already loving the new system!
