James was terrific. He was very professional; explained issues very well and was very helpful. All around a very good experience.
I cannot express fully how we feel so fortunate to have connected with Akian plumbing and heating. Pipes start to drip more and more. It’s 5:00 AM. We leave 100s of messages. Akian called back first after opening and came in a very short time. Explaining our whole water/plumbing/ heating system. Incredible connection in a short time. Very nice. We feel so fortunate to have discovered Akian. Amazing.
Noticed our A/C from our HVAC unit wasn't pumping out cold air as normal, making for a very humid upstairs section of our house. Called Akian as a first time customer and had one of the nicest service representatives I've ever had visit our house show up within a few hours. Orlando had an incredibly upbeat demeanor, which was amazing considering it was July 3rd and many people had off this day due to the July 4th weekend. Orlando was extremely polite, professional, and took his time showing me everything going on with our HVAC system. He answered every question I could think of and described additional things related to my questions. I felt I learned a TON from him in terms of how the HVAC system works, parts that work together, etc. Prices were reasonable, service was 10/10 and I would certainly use Akian again for any future HVAC needs with hopes to get Orlando (or someone similar) as the HVAC engineer as it was a very pleasant experience.
We woke up in the middle of the night to find out AC wasn’t working and it was very hot. Thankfully Akian had availability the same day we called, our technician Orlando was very professional and explained every step of the process along the way. He was very detailed and told us exactly what he was going to do and what he was finding so we were well informed, and made sure to ask before he did anything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got our AC back up and running in a couple hours which we were so thankful for! Their scheduling department was also very easy to work with, they are all responsive and made the entire process smooth. Orlando had to come twice and both times he came during the beginning of the 4 hr time frame that was given to us, once he even came a bit earlier. Would definitely recommend.
Recently, my kitchen sink started leaking which led to a puddle of water on the floor. I found Akian Plumbing and decided to see if they could help. Uriel came by today and did a great job. He was good at explaining what the issue was as well as pointing out possible future issues and fixed everything on the same day.
Excellent service. George was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything and expertly fixed the problem.
Orlando came out to do some maintenance on our AC a while back. Showed up when he said he would, got the work done, and thoroughly tested his work afterwards. No complaints.
Uriel and the team has done an amazing job. He not only completed his work in a professional way but also patiently answered all my questions. Our house finally has a new heating system and I learned a lot of things from Uriel during the 3-day project. Thank you Uriel! Thank you Akian!
George worked most of a day correcting an “in wall” Geberrit toilet that had failed several weeks earlier. He arrived with the needed parts (these are difficult or slow to source). Issue was the original failure was corrected but a second failure was masked by intermittent behavior. We appreciated George’s sticking with it until success.
Barry and James came out on short notice to fix our leaking AC unit, and did so efficiently while a planning throughly everything they did.
I had a problem with my HVAC in my new house and called Akian based on positive reviews. They were out at my house within just a few hours of my call. They were professional, clean, thorough and explained what needed to be done clearly.

These guys are awesome - James and Barry did a wonderful job identifying the issue with my [formerly] broken AC and getting it fixed as soon as they could. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. Evan was also super helpful in providing a maintenance inspection for me and letting me know the next steps. All very friendly, would recommend 10/10.
This is our second service with Akian Plumbing, Barry and James are great, James is very thorough and patiently answered all the questions we had, he is very kind and nice to us and very passionate about what he do. We had wonderful experience with him. Barry is also very friendly and provided us some different options for the first diagnostic visit. We like Akian Plumbing company very much, they have great and talented employees and we will definitely doing business with them again!
I was very happy with Akian. Starting with the owner Steve, Barry the technician, Chris the electrician and the installers, Andy and Justin. They were all very courteous, respectful and answered any questions I had. I had mini splits installed. I would definitely hire them again. I give a big 10.
Working with Aikan was a great experience. We were able to get something scheduled on our timetable. The day of the repair, they kept us updated on their timing so we knew when they were going to arrive. Uriel Ramirez was friendly, explained everything we needed before he started the repair and cleaned up extremely well after completing the job. We would definitely use them again in the future.
Chris C was fabulous! Super communicative, went over the top to fix the on-site issues and was friendly and respectful throughout the whole process! I would recommend him to anyone who needs good reliable work done!

Had a Friday 530 pm major combo boiler leak. Called Akian at 620 and Jessica was dispatched and arrived at 7. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 740. She was very clear in her explanations and also super helpful.
On time, clean, professional. We were lucky to have George Aroush in this service call. We definitely use him again.
