I needed a new water heater on a Friday afternoon. Called PVE. They got a tech out within a few hours and the new water heater was installed by 5pm. Great service. The tech Alex R was great!! Explained everything and was very professional. Nice clean job!

Very nice people I'll give them that. They didn't even do their job right. Charged me $99 to even show up to my door, charged an additional $500 to take off the toilet and put it back on, and again charged me more just for me to come back home to a toilet that still doesn't even work. Didn't bother to give me a call about it. Left you guys a message, I am not happy at all. Can't believe I thanked you for your hard work.
The technician Alex Rodriguez was very knowledgeable about the system and helped in educating me about the plumbing in a house that is newer to me. He also found the leak which was tricky and was able to engineer a non-traditional fix for it since the plumbing wasn’t standard. He also fixed a few additional things that were preventative maintenance which I appreciated.
Sunday call for no hot water was answered promptly and professionally by Ryan. Follow up work by Hunter was also great. We are very happy with the professional and responsive experience from PVE, and would recommend them to those who've gotten less than that from previous companies. Thanks!

This company is one of the best! Definitely 10/10 recommend them for any job in the future. The customer service rep “Alex” was friendly got an ETA Of the plumber doing the job and my plumber they provided “chris Auclair” definitely was honest with the job did the job that same day. Short summary we had a gas leak the plumber fix the problem at a reasonable price he even put in the effort to call the city and personally show up to the city inspector to give the certification of the job to speed up the process of turning on the gas since the city turned off the gas and my Dad had diabetes type 2, high blood pressure and recently got out of surgery and getting sick because of not having any gas which cause him to Shower In icey cold water and they went past and beyond to try get the gas back up for him. I just want to say thank you so much to the rep Alex and the plumber Chris auclair. Thank you so much ☺️
We had an unfortunate water pipe burst early February and we were told to call PVE. We are SO happy we did. The gentlemen who came to our rescue (I am thinking it was Mike and Joe?) were polite, knowledgeable and were in and out in no time. We would definitely use PVE again and would recommend them to anyone.

Ron and Jason of PVE replaced many outlets and repaired a few broken light fixtures in our home. They also added a floor outlet and an outside spot light where we really needed them. In addition, we were very thankful for their willingness to correct all of the wiring issues they found. We will call PVE again when we need electrical work done in the future. After talking to a dispatch service, then describing my emergency in detail to someone, waiting for another call back, then telling someone ELSE all my details - only to have the last person tell me that they no longer respond to heating emergencies unless you're an established customer. Also you can't be established as a new customer on a weekend, so I would need to call back tomorrow for regular service. The dispatch service should tell people, or the first person who called me should tell me. Not several calls later. It should be very clear on the website that non-customers can't receive off hours, emergency service anymore. They told me there is no exception. So if you haven't had any service with them before, call someone else for an emergency. Added a star because everyone I spoke with was pleasant to deal with.

I’ve used the same person for years and was fearful of someone new taking his place. From the phone call to the appointment was a pleasant experience .Hunter his partner did a great job, quick efficient and cleaned up. It’s a little more than I was paying, I go by the saying ( you get what you pay for) would give them 6 stars if I could. I will definitely use them again. I have used Pioneer Valley several times, always on time , Alex is very patient and explains everything to me , customer service is great too
