Excellent service! They came out the same day I called. David was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough in his examination of the boiler. He gave me multiple quotes and options and even made some money-saving suggestions. I will definitely use Cotti-Johnson for any future needs!

Tim came out to do an estimate for service and was absolutely great to work with! Top notch service, friendly, and really tried to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and needed for the work to be done. Highly recommend!
JT did a great job explaining the options for the things we wanted to do. He communicated well, updating us about his arrival. Very knowledgeable.
Good work, efficient but quite pricey. It is so hard to get workers that I sort of felt trapped and paid, just to get it done. Would only recommend to others with that caveat, that it seemed very expensive.
Excellent service for electrician. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Dispatch cost was pricey, whoever, given the long weekend, this is understandable. Overall would definitely recommend.
Had an appointment for three weeks and had to take time off work for a 1-4pm window. Got a call at 2:30 informing they could not make it and could only schedule me out for another three weeks.
Prompt service and a quick resolution, Cotti-Johnson does great work for us and I certainly would recommend them to anyone.
I just had a Daikin mini split with heat pump installed at my house. It was scheduled for after the Fourth of July. Mel from the office called and was able to have this done way before the schedules date which was awesome. The installers Bryant and Zack showed up ahead of schedule started at 7AM and worked in the rain. Bryant explained everything that was happening every step of the way. When the electrician showed up he was very professional and did a very professional job from start to finish and even helped Bryant and his partner clean up. He even vacuumed the whole living room and explained what he did. I used Cotti- Johnson to replace my central air on the second floor and a few years ago and I also use the commercial side for my business. Can’t go wrong at all with this company.

Exceptional service from the electrical team! Project included new breaker panel , meter, exterior power line, outdoor disconnects and dryer outlet. Meticulous professionals at a reasonable price. A big thank you to Tim Sokolowski and the crew. He went above and beyond to take down a metal star on the peak of the garage that has been an eyesore to me. An A+ experience from start to finish!
Timothy was very knowledgeable about the electrical field. He told you up front what conditions were bad and others that were ok but should be replaced in the future. He was open to any questions you may have and made sure you understood all aspects of the job to be completed. Extremely approachable and with a small or laghter to make you feel at home !!!
They rewired our old house, bringing it up to the standards and codes of the 21st century. The electricians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and prompt. We would DEFINITELY use Cotti-Johnson again!
