they don't care about customers
Called. Said I was not in a rush, but the sooner the better. I was told it would take a couple weeks before they can come out, I said, OK I can wait. What date can you come out? I asked the man on the other end and I believe the owner said, just call us back in a couple weeks. Seriously I asked him.
I could not give a higher, more sincere and honest recommendation for Vasi Refrigeration!! As busy as he was that recent day when the weather was so hot, he came and fixed my Central Air within an hour! His cost was truly reasonable! He could so easily have taken advantage of me, because I can't tolerate the heat. And, he showed up on an early Sunday morning. He is the best!!
VASI is a rare breed amongst the rest. I've been exclusively using Vasi for the past 5 years and he continues to impress me. He is honest, on-time, fair and always available. I once called him regarding an issue while he was on vacation, unbeknownst to me, and yet he still took the time to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone "make sure you call me back and let me know how you make out". <- I defy you to find better customer service at a "big name" company.
My friends and family have called on Vasi numerous times for HVAC services and for good reason. He's very honest and responsive. I had a leak coming from my central air unit that he was quickly able to diagnose and fix. I also had a problem with my humidity, which he was able to diagnose and resolve. If something needed to be fixed, he's fixed it for me. If something needed to be replaced, he's replaced it. He's very knowledgeable and responsive and always very pleasant to talk to. Most HVAC places will treat you like a numbered customer and will "oversell" you on their services needed. Vasi has never presented himself this way. He remembers you and the work he performed on your HVAC system. I highly recommended him for all of your HVAC services.
If he didn't install it don't bother!!!! He won't give you the time of day.
Great service. We were first time customers when our central air blew a fuse. He came to the house quickly, was very friendly, and managed to fix our unit within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
I called to get an estimate on installing a dehumidifier. Vasi researched my house/project and called me back with advice on what to purchase and let me know I didn't need a commercial installation. Great guy:)
Many thanks to Vasi Refrigeration! Razvan was on time, even sending a text just prior to arriving. He diagnosed the issue with our compressor, repaired it on the spot, and serviced our 2 HVAC units with alacrity. Professional and considerate, he offered to remove his shoes while in our home! Beyond this, he provided expert advice without up-sale and delivered within the estimated time and cost of the job. I can not recall a more positive experience with a contractor.

I would highly recommend Vasi. He is professional and has been keeping my commercial HVAC units running perfectly for almost 10 years. He has saved me thousands in repairs by maintaining the units. Vasi is a win / win because I pay less in maintaining the units as compared to other companies and you don’t get a different tech every time. He will come to know your system and can respond quickly to any issues. Save yourself time and money and call Vasi!
We are new home owners and called Vasi on the hottest week of the summer so far. They responded right away, gave us a quote and were even able to come same day. Vasi was very fair, professional and did a great job! He explained everything to me as he completed the service, cleaned the unit and even left notes for next time. I would highly recommend Vasi to others!
I called Vasi to repair a broken vent motor on my HVAC unit. It took a week to get the part but he was able to replace the part in 20 minutes. I've hired Vasi for work at my home and at my business in Stoneham. Responsive, friendly and he knows what he's doing!

Vasi installed a mini-split AC system for our home. Razvan led the project from proposal to install and I couldn't be happier with the job he and his team did. They were exceedingly professional, from laying down drop cloths to protect our wood floor, to carefully leveling each unit inside and out. Razvan's attention to detail was a major asset. The team's work was impeccable all around. Can't go wrong with Vasi HVAC.
