Still waiting for a return call from my last request for a quote. The gas line they installed for my fireplace insert leaked.
I chose high efficiency over all of the other top companies on the cape due to their willingness to install the specific equipment that I wanted and their attention to detail from the look of previous installs I was shown at consult. When they were finished with my job all ducts, dampers, vents, the furnace, the condenser and water heater were plumb, square and level. Every seam in the system was properly taped and care was taken on every strip. The gas lines, plumbing and electrical wires were all in parallel to each other and neat. Everything was labeled and crisp. Not one inch of the install looks sloppy or rushed. Shout out to the owner Craig who came to the site and spent his time to answer any questions and a big shout out to the technicians - they were all incredible to my kids, courteous and just straight professional. Good humor all around and great attitudes.. My most sincere thanks to all of you. I 100% recommend High Efficiency moving forward - they will be my first choice with all future projects.
I can’t say enough about high efficiency. They are true to their name. Budget was right down the middle of the road with the cape. It was a difficult job with a tight old cape attic but I never heard a grunt or an issue. They asked for 7 days and got it done in 3. Left the rooms clean enough to sleep in, my wife was so thrilled that we didn’t have to sleep on the pull out. We’ll be using them for the maintenance of the system and our boiler. Quality of works manshop was unbelievable. 8 out of 5
I used High Efficiency for the first time for maintenance on my Furnace and Hot Water boiler. I heard some odd noises coming from the Furnace and was concerned. My realtor recommended them. I called High Efficiency and worked with Madison, who was great, getting an appointment set-up. The technician, Craig, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He cleaned and inspected the boiler and then explained his findings. I will absolutely use them for my annual service/maintenance going forward. I highly recommend High Efficiency.
We hired High Efficiency to design and install a mini split system for our home. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly, from the initial meeting with Anthony, to the Last day of the 5-day project managed by Matt and Dustin. The quality of the install and effectiveness of the system exceeded our expectations; we should have done this year's ago! It would be inappropriate to overlook the people in the High Efficiency organization. You will not find a company with a staff of people with higher character. I was expecting the professionalism they brought; however, my wife and I couldn't speak enough about the quality of individuals that comprise the High Efficiency team; Wow! Thank you to everyone involved in our home project. We will not hesitate to recommend High Efficiency with the upmost of confidence. Jim & Sharon LaDue Sandwich, MA

Guys were great! Came out same day and fixed the issue really fast. Called 4 other places nobody would come out for 3 days.
I called High Efficiency in a panic recently when I noticed there might be something wrong with my outside condenser that gives us heat and A/C depending on the season. Since they installed the unit I figured they were the ones to call. They were here within a week and did a thorough cleaning and tune up of the entire system including indoor units. They also noticed my condenser was not level and placed blocks under the legs to make it right...more than asked for...thank you Joe D. and Laura L
Installed a cooling system in the house. Hard working, professional crew. At the end of this day, work area was left in pristine condition. Crew arrived on time daily. Office staff very courteous and helpful managing financial issues. For plumbing , heating, or cooling needs, talk with High Efficiently first.
Patrick, technician, was awesome. He identified the problem & explained the issue as well as the steps he was taking to get the heating system operating. Highly recommended using High Efficiency.
We had a gas insert fireplace installed and High Efficiency took care of the gas and electrical connections. The crew were awesome… very willing to educate and answer any of our questions.
The company does a high level of craftsmanship and are very professional. All the work was completed in a timely manner. Where they lack is the people in their office staff. They told the installers wrong information multiple times which caused delays and confusion. My suggestion is to verify all work and materials with the people in your home doing the service. They are the ones that know what is going on and what needs to be done. There is a disconnect between their office and technicians.
We are two High Efficiency fans and have been for several years. Craig has assembled a professional, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful business team. We have had both our heating and AC systems installed and maintained by High Efficiency. They are excellent problem-solvers and are always quick to respond--which immediately reduces stress as homeowners. Today is a perfect example. I noticed a very large puddle of water around the water heater. Calling at 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I was wondering if they could help me resolve this problem before the weekend. The very friendly and helpful receptionist, transfered me to Cindy in the Service Department. Cindy was great! She patiently and genuinely listened to me, collected important information, communicated with her service personnel and then immediately called me back with a solution. Cindy scheduled a technician to come to the house within two hours. . . on a late-afternoon Friday. Impressive in this world! As it turns out, their heating system was in great shape and doing what a quality water heater should do--not fail. The issue was with the water pump which loss power due to a circuit being tripped. Thank you High Efficiency!
Awesome! Every technician that comes for maintenance or repair! Knowledgeable, polite, on time. Awesome!
This is a service that is as responsive, professional and caring for customers as any I have ever known. The systems work amazingly well to cool and hear while at the same time saving money and the environment. I can rely on them for service and they never fail!
I received an estimate to replace my oil burner with a gas unit that would also provide air conditioning by Steven Wright last spring. A lack of ducts in a large room required that I have a spit system with a Mitsubishi unit. I finally moved forward on it this spring and I was so pleased with everyone that I interacted with from Steven Wright to the ladies that run the office and follow through on installation dates and contracts to the installers who were incredibly patient as we figured out the best way to do things. I would highly recommend the team including their electricians.
Great and professional
We used High Efficiency for a complete cleaning of the AC head units. The technician, Craig, arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job of getting the heads cleaned of mold and dirt. They look like new! And no more smells coming from the units. I am very pleased with the job he did and his professionalism while in our home. I plan on using them yearly.
Excellent company. They are efficient, as their name states, and do a great job. They arrive when they say they will be there and are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
This review is more a story of my experience with High Efficiency. If you don't have time nor inclination to read it all, here are the take aways from the review; 1) High Efficiency technicians have an excellent knowledge and skill set to identify and resolve equipment issues 2) They explain the failure and corrective action in plain and understandable terms 3) They are professional in their conduct as well as their repair actions meaning the system looks clean when they are done. Nothing sloppy or questionable, no loose wires, no dripping solder joint, all look clean. 4) The owner, Craig Bishop is involved and makes sure the job gets done so the customer is satisfied and the issue is resolved. So here is the story, Picture this scene, Easter Sunday, about 10AM and you discover you have no hot water or heat. You check the boiler in the basement and see there is an error and it does not working. You call High Efficiency, since they installed the unit, hoping someone answers the phone on a holiday weekend. Someone does answer the phone (within the first 3 rings) and takes your information and problem description. Next thing you know, you're speaking with the on-call service technician all this in less than 5 minutes!! On Easter Sunday!! The technician gets as much information as he can from you, then he gives you an estimated time of arrival. He and another technician arrives before the ETA and get to work immediately. I normally ask a lot of questions because of the nature of my employment. The technicians provided an exception description of the problem, the probable cause of the failure, and a plan for the corrective action. In my case, he clearly outlined the current corrective action was a "band-aid" of sorts until the replacement part arrives. They cleanup the area in which they worked and headed out. The time is now 12:30 PM, yes, from the time I called to the time I had hot water and the technicians were out of my house was less than 2 1/2 hours!!! Would I
