Installation of mini splits. These guys were great. It was actually enjoyable having them around. They worked nonstop, took into consideration any concerns we had and cleaned up very well. The Installation looks great.
Jeromy arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my upstairs AC as it was not cooling. He replaced a capacitor and two filters. This was my first experience with Balanced HVAC and I will definitely use them again. I had one quote before I called Balanced HVAC to the tune of $7k! All that technician wanted was to sell me a whole new system. I paid Balanced HVAC $348 for parts and labor!!!

We used Balanced HVAC years ago when they installed a new furnace and central air into our house. We use them yearly for our maintenance and have had no problems with repairs. Jeremy the technician is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Top notch local company.

Jeremy, the service tech was excellent. We wanted the filters that the original owners used but did not realize they were a special orderl. This should have been in our file. As a result, we have to have service tech out again to install the requested filters.
We were a new customer with an A/C that quit working when it was needed most. They responded immediately, fixed the problem with one visit and kept in touch throughout the process. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism that we are having them replace our 22 year old furnace. We have also signed up for a regular maintenance program with them for our A/C and heating systems. Update - we now have a new heating system that was professionally installed by three technicians in one morning. And we now have a reliable and responsive HVAC contractor - peace of mind! Update 4/26/23 - Balanced did our annual A/C system maintenance an in additon found and fixed a distribution duct which was not fully connected. This has vastly improved our whole house A/C and heating system. Thanks for above and beyond service.
The team that showed up to install our heat pumps was top notch. From the moment of arrival to the time the system was set up, the installation and education was excellent.
