Eric from Monkey Wrench responded right away with my Water Heater issue. He noticed my circulator pump was running very hot and needed to be replaced. After changing the circulator pump I had hot water back in my house immediately. Eric also thoroughly looked into my boiler and hot water system to make sure I wouldn’t have any future issues. Eric was very informative and professional, will be calling Monkey Wrench again for future work.

I didn't think about my heating system until a neighbor in my building who does real estate mentioned he was getting his done, and I might want to consider getting mine done. Well I've been divorced for 9 years, and my husband always took care of that stuff. I'm glad Jeff hooked me up with Eric, because his services were well overdue! Eric helped me out in the pinch. I run an HOA in Lynn and one of the vacant units boiler wasn’t working during extreme low temps. He fixed the boiler within a couple hours, got the heat working. He also setup new shut off valves to be able to shut the water off on 3 frozen pipes going to the kitchen and bathroom. Really personable and reasonable with his prices! Thanks Eric!
I first called and left a message. The owner of the company got back to me very promptly. When he came to the house, he explained that I needed a new water heater. He went over the process of replacing the water heater and broke down all of the costs. When he finished the job, he cleaned the area thoroughly. He was very professional and reliable.
