SN Heating and Cooling will remain my go to Heating / Plumbing / AC service provider... Tom was great, professional, and personable; and the work was top notch yet priced much fairer than the larger / more advertised outfits. I have recommended them to many friends who also have had the same experience.
The service provided by SN Heating was professional and everything was explained beforehand. Tom is a professional and I was very happy with the water heater installation and service.

I can't say enough about how this company went above and beyond when our furnace quit the week of Christmas. Not only was their price fantastic, but the job was done quick and cleanly. Then they checked in with us for days after to make sure we were doing okay. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need!
Tom is awesome - super easy to work with, fair, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came out 7:30PM on a Sunday night and fixed the problem with the burner on our furnace in less than an hour, using parts he already had on the truck with him. Exactly the type of experience you want to have working with someone for the first time. A+
Tom I think is the owner was responsive punctual knowledgable patient as my mom is elderly and he was wonderful to her! Came when he said. Called me with updates. Never see this type of customer service anymore. Mom can keep him for life which is comforting to her kids

I was very pleased with SN Heating. The technician showed up in the same day as the call, with a protective face mask and shoe covers to protect flooring. Very professional, thorough and pleasant. I will call this company for my future HVAC needs.

Tom and his crew at SN Heating & Cooling are outstanding. We have used him for AC central air issues and more recently, Furnace problems. He was very gracious to get right over to help us. Our furnace started to fail on Friday night at 9PM and Tom from SN Heating & Cooling can out right away. We had to replace the furnace and Tom got the job done in one day. The new furnace is amazing and the house never felt warmer. We had a great experience!
I was sweltering in 89 degree inside temps. The technician from S&N Heating and Cooling came on time; fixed the problem within minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
