Nako has maintained my oil boiler for maybe 5 years-- I'm very happy with his services and response-- great guy, very helpful, always informative about what the problems are -- if any-- and possible alternatives to fix.
Mr. Nako is kind, reliable and knowledgeable. He did heating system maintenance for me, and explained every details.
I had no heat or hot water and I called Nako after my home warranty company told me to call my oil company to replace my filter, I called my oil company Fireman's Fuel and they turned me away. Nako was extremely nice, came to my home within 30 min, and new just what the problem was, (which was not the filter). He replaced a motor and cleaned my furnace all while explaining to my mother as I am out of town. Nako is the true meaning of EXCELLENT service! Forget the local oil companies, I cancelled my home warranty, I'm sticking with Nako. Highly recommended I can not stress this enough. Thank you so much Nako for the outstanding service, your honesty, and very reasonable price! I will be referring you to my friends and co-workers!!!
Forget the rest, go with the best! Amazing, service Nako diagnosed my heating problem, had the part in his truck, replaced it, made sure my system was good to go! He's very knowledgeable, professional and honest. My first time using him and would highly recommend.

Nako has been doing my oil heating system maintenance, and recently helped replace my old oil tank. He is always responsive, very knowledgable, takes time to explain everything, and professional in every way. I was really impressed by the installation job and would highly recommend him.
Mr. Nako was AMAZING !!! We were in a desperate bind! the oil was not working/turning on and none of the attempts by others had helped! It was 20 degrees temp and inside the house 40!!! My husband called his number and he came as promised within 45 minutes!!! He spent as much time as he needed, tried various things and ultimately FIXED the problem. We will NOT HESITATE to call him again for any future needs of our home! he was very professional and explained step by step what he did. THANK YOU Mr. Nako!!

Mr. Nako is the most knowledgeable and reliable heating contractor I've ever had. I was referenced to Mr. Nako by one of my friends. He not only gave us a wonderful tune up for our heating system but also helped us fix a water leak that we had for the last few years. Mr. Nako explained in great detail what the issue was and how he would fix it. He was very clean, making sure that everything was clean up after he finished working. Mr. Nako also helped with an oil leak from a burner recently. I found the issue in the evening and felt very nervous. I called Mr. Nako and he responded right away. He identified the right problems and fixed all of them. In the end, He also checked the O2 and CO2 from burned smoke and efficiency of the heating system, making sure the heating system works very well and has no safety issues. Mr. Nako always goes the extra mile to help his customers. Very knowledge, reliable and an honest person, Excellent and professional work. I would recommend his service to anyone. Many companies I have used to fix the heating system or other problems but I was not happy because they came with many hours of delay and the problem recurred after a few days. After I found Nako he for the first time found the mistake that others had made, and I saw that he was smart and had golden hands. Since then my family has remained satisfied with his quality work. I want every customer to find what they are looking for only at NAKO !!!
I’ve known Nako for many years. He first serviced my heating system when he was working for his previous employer. The workmanship and professionalism Nako provides is exceptional. I had a burner lockout issue and can't identify the real root cause for past 3 days. This morning, i decided to give a call. Nako response right the way and came to my house first thing in the morning during the cold weather. Very professional and identify where the issue is. A very nice man with patient and explain all the detail to me. Highly recommended. Also, our annual tune up also done by him. Great support !!!
We are very happy with Nako's service. He is professional, responsive honest, and patient. We will stay with him and recommend him to our friends without reservation. Just want to add something after I posted my review last night. We noticed one of our zones was not working last night. Texted Nako in the morning. He arrived within 30 min. It turns out that the zone valve inside was blocked by the debris in the water. Nako disconnected, removed debris, cleaned and then perched both zones again. Nako spent almost 1.5 extra hours and waited till everything was ok before left, without extra charge. This story shows how professional and responsible Nako is. We feel lucky to have Nako as our burner service person.
