SM Brown has been caring for my home for years. The technicians are always capable, professional, and timely. I don't recommend a lot of service providers, but I wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

I’ve used S.M. Brown 3 separate times now for various reasons. They are professional, honest, and do great work. Also, Dominique is very patient and helpful on the phone. I will continue to use them for all heating and cooling needs.

S.M. Brown is hands down the best services company I have ever used. From the level of customer service Dominique provides, to the attention to detail Nick and the technicians have it is never a bad experience. They are consultative with their service, respectful of your home and take a great deal of pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating system whether it be a new installation or a service call.
I'm so happy I chose S.M Brown to service my system. Dominique was my first point of contact as she answered the phone. She was so helpful and patient with me as I was a little panicked about my system not working. You can hear her smiling through the phone! Thank you Dominique! Recently had oil tank replaced by SMBrown. Technicians arrived on time, set right to work, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The area around the tank was spotless. I am more than pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend
Shane and his team have been there for me multiple times now when my heating system died out unexpectedly which was in the middle of winter. They had my system up and running in a short amount of time and were very honest with parts and labor they used. The way SM Brown went about the entire process was seamless, easy and honest. Being a contractor myself, these things are important to me and I really felt like I wasn't getting just a service done but rather getting value as well.
I had an oil tank replaced by SM Brown Heating and Cooling and they did a great job. Shane and his crew are professional, efficient and respectful. They worked very clean too. Some oil companies will leave speedy dry all over the place but not SM Brown. The basement and the tank was spotless when they were done. If I could give more stars I would. Love the tank it looks great! Thanks guys!
Shane and his technicians were great! My oil tank developed a leak and they temporarily repaired it stopping the leak. 6 weeks later at an agreed upon date they replaced the tank. They were professional, efficient and pleasant. The area was completely cleaned and we were highly impressed with how quick the entire process went. This does not surprise me as they annually tune up my oil burner to get it ready for the upcoming winter season and I've been very happy with their previous work. Bravo to a local business that cares for their customers and their needs.
Nick was great fixed and cleaned my boiler in no time he was very thorough.
Awesome company. My furnace died during a cold week and even though they had a lot on their plate they made me a priority and got in right away installing a new furnace at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
