Technician arrived when expected, immediately found and corrected problem. Very pleasant and responsive.
Royal Air installed heat pumps/central AC in our house this April. We hired them in February, and I was a bit concerned that they will not start/finish on time. However, these worries were unfounded. They came the day they promised, finished on time and left the house clean at the end of each work day. An A+ for their representative Matt Modaff. Very professional, responsive and courteous. We were informed throughout the entire process. His team did an excellent job from the beginning to end. I give them my highest recommendation, and I would hire them again with no reservations.

My recent experience with Royal Air was having my AC fan replaced. I was under an urgent deadline to get it fixed before I left town, and Marlene in the office could not have been more helpful. The person who repaired it was also very nice and did a great job. I am grateful for their fast and attentive service.

This was our second experience dealing with Royal Air Systems. Nicholas W. was our service technician. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit quickly and made the repair. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the office staff.

We have been customers since 2004, when Arthur senior came over to resolve an issue that the technician couldn't. Have been impressed by their quality of work, professionalism and timeliness. Very happy with HVAC installed in 2018.
I had them install a new Bosch BOVA 20 Seer System. Few observations: - Technicians, electricians, Sale, and QA person were friendly and proffessional; - Sale person inspected the house, took picture, and became POC; -HVAC technicians showed up early, did all the physical lifting, wiring, and drilling for two days; - Electricians committed to do the wiring by code (the right way), so they did some hard work again modifying the internal and external wiring; A separated technician who came at the very end to inspect, did quality assurance, and collected remaining balance; - Royal Air would also schedule electric inspection and do Massave rebate process for you Overall, I was very satisfied. The fact that they had a QA guy seemed like the process was designed to ensure quality. The people I have met on this project were truly exceptional in both character and skills. Keep up the good work!
