Sam is amazing HVAC Dr. Today during his visit, stepwise and patiently he explained and educated me re: where the problem with first floor AC not cooling might be! Rather than quick expensive repairs he sugg recharge with Freon just one more time along with fluorescent dye injection in the coolant line. Re-eval in spring where’s the Freon leak is and then if necessary go for external coolant lines. Honest, trustworthy and a super nice guy. Thank you Sam

One of our 3 heating zones was not working last night and we worried (given the cold nights) about the possibility that the pipes in that area might be at risk of freezing or may have already frozen. We received a call back from a Kerivan Lane Plumber within 20 minutes of speaking to their answering service. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and felt confident that there was enough heat in our home/the system to prevent the pipes from freezing and promised to send somebody out in the morning. We received a text at 8:27 a.m. today letting us know Sam was on his way. He did a careful evaluation and looked at all possibilities and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We were back up to a warm house/3 working heat zones before he stepped out the door. He was efficient, competent, and professional. I have had Kerivan Lane since I moved to Natick in 2004 and wouldn't use another company for my oil, plumbing and heating!
I’m so thankful for the team at Kerivan Lane. Our boiler in a rental went on Monday afternoon, we were frantic with the pending cold front that was suppose to start on Friday. I don’t know how but they were able to pull it off by Thursday. The workmanship was impeccable. I would highly recommend Kerivan Lane for any service work or boiler installations.

The guys went above and beyond to help us when we were out of oil the day before Christmas eve (and before a storm). They were fast, responsive and helpful. We ended up using another company who just happened to be closer to us, but I would recommend this to anyone.
Horrendous customer service. Do not use these people. They refused to deliver oil unless we were forced into a fixed price contract.

If I could pick zero stars I would. This company automatically charged me for multiple things I did not sign up for. I finally got it squared away so I could pay my bill. I did so and it didnt poost on their end yet. I received very rude and unprofessional emails from Megan Lane. It was very unprofessional and very rude to the point where I told her there’s no need to be rude and I close my account will be fighting another oil company. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice and I was appalled at the customer service
In July, Kerivan-Lane sent an excellent service person (Kevin H.) to diagnose a problem with one of my Heat Pump heads that was not working. The specialist identified a leak in my office unit, diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the unit in the Fall. (This was one of 5 heads which had been functioning well for 8 years). The new unit was installed in October by Sam L., who did the job carefully and professionally in a 2 hr period. He was very polite and competent.
Excellent professional service! We got a ductless A/C installed very quickly in our son’s bedroom! They are so happy with their new cold room!
Our basement flooded with 4-6 inches of water seemingly suddenly! From a burst pipe overnight. They SAVED OUR BASEMENT! They answered their emergency line within 2 rings, and they talked us through how to restart our sump pump, while they prepared to bring over supplementary pumps to clear out our basement. We've routinely used them for hot water heater issues (they've replaced 2 of ours), and installation of our gas-driers. We've loved every technician we've worked with so far and will continue to recommend Kerivan Lane highly to friends and family.
Hands down, without a doubt, the best plumbers ever! Any problem, any time, these folks are here for us. They are our personal plumbers and fix everything for us. Tom is our hero, over and over. Hugely recommended to everyone. You will never find better quality and service.
