If I’ve to identify an unprofessional and unethical business, this business would be the best example. I recommended this business to my landlord to fix the A/C. He called and scheduled an appointment for it. They never showed up the first day and didn’t even have the courtesy to update that they couldn’t show up. They rescheduled the visit twice in 2 days and the technician never showed. There is no update about the no show. When I call the customer service they just tell the technician will call and it never happens. I waited for them for two days and they never showed up. Once the customer rep told the manager was so busy in attending meetings so he couldn’t update. If you can’t keep up on your commitment and don’t have the courtesy to update and make people wait, then don’t commit to anything. The last time I spoke to the customer rep, he was so casual about it and didn’t even provide any advice. He was like ok. The most annoying thing is they charge $89 upfront and don’t show up. This is heights of unprofessionalism. Save yourself some time.

Rafael and George were pleasant and professional. They provided instructions on the work that needed to be done, finished the task, and tested the unit they installed while working nonstop for more than 2 hours. I'd heartily suggest Thunderbird Heating And Air company!!

He immediately spotted the problem and put my mind at ease by explaining what was going on with my system in this weather (icing) and checking to ensure that the system was working properly. He answered my questions and gave tips about maintenance that I can perform. Based on the information that he shared and the trust that he inspired, I decided to purchase the maintenance plan. Dan came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. I decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the quotes from last year. It was fair and a great price point for me. Very good service and the follow up is awesome.

We just had a new HVAC system put in our townhome. Thunderbird Heating And Air really impressed us. They were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. The technician was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the process of what they were doing. They were a hard working team and I would recommend them highly. We have been customers of this company for many years now, and have never had any negative experience with them at all.
When my AC went out, I called Thunderbird Heating And Air to see if my unit could be fixed. They kept me informed and arrived at the time they said they would be here. Their awesome tech that helped me out was very professional and competent. He took the time to educate me about my entire unit and was very kind and easy to talk to! Would not hesitate to recommend!!
Stay away. Their techs didn't show up three times. When a tech finally showed up, all he did was install an air filter and charged me $250 (cash, no doubt so I couldn't chargeback) for it. Also, the tech wasn't a licenced HVAC technician. Subsequent calls to their business fell on deaf ears. This is a scam. Don't use Thunderbird.
100% a scam. Only took cash, gave no receipt. After they left, we compared to photos we took prior to their arrival and nothing was even touched. We spoke to three managers, were promised new technicians Would come out every day- no one ever came, no one ever called. After we were called at 11 pm “ by mistake” we decided to look at the website for the company- there is none. No Facebook. Emails are fake. Location is an emergency room. So dumb. Scam scam scam.
From the very beginning, we felt that you were different, experienced, straightforward and trustworthy. They called when they were on their way. Arrived on time. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. They spent extra time answering various questions and discussing options. I am happy with my experience.
