I called and they were able to come to check my condenser the same day Mike and don did a great job now it’s running nice and cold thanks
If I could give more stars I would! Our central air stopped working and temps were in the high 80s all week. We called several places and no one had availability until the end of the month. I decided to call one last place, and I am so glad that I did. Landry's customer service was amazing! The women we spoke to was so nice and helpful. They were able to send someone out the same day. Taylor was great, on time, polite, and fixed the problem without issue. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend them!
I was very fortunate today to have Devon, from Landry Mechanical, at my house to diagnose my HVAC issues. Devon was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He provided clear answers to my questions and multiple solution options/cost estimates for repairs and upgrades. He worked out a plan for obtaining repair parts and installation when they're received and also was able to provide an interim solution to get my AC working immediately. The plumber Ryder was very polite, professional, friendly and did an outstanding job of installing bathroom faucets and shower head. Also repaired leaking outside faucet. Landry employees are the best!
Upon turning HVAC system on this Spring (3d cooling season since installed) the temp of air coming out of any zone was warm. Called Landry as original Installer said they couldn’t support tech for about one month. Landry dispatched Mike Holmes to my house second day. Mike arrived on time. He was personable and demonstrated a high expertise with my system and configuration and components even having never seen my equipment previously. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and went over his write up and estimate of further repairs necessary in detail. He assisted while at my home in setting a follow-up appointment. Likely will be using Landry going forward for my HVAC needs. Follow-up review. Mike returned and diagnosed a line set leak and loss of refrigerant. Joe and Joey followed up two days later and performed repairs and leak check, added refrigerant, and insured the entire system was operating properly. Very pleased with everything everyone from Landry did in an expedited timeframe.
Recommend Landrys mechanical to anyone who needs their services. Came to the house in 2 hours to fix another company's mess that was created at the house no owns asked did the job gave me a price very professional did the job and made sure I was satisfied
Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I called them on a Saturday and got a technician to come out the next day, on a Sunday. The technician was very nice a knew a lot about my hvac system. He had a lot of cool tools that synched to his phone.
First Time using Landry, Tyler was our service Tech. He was extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained 3 different options , I could do with no pressure on which service to go with. I am a sold customer know. Great job Tyler
Our Landry Technician, Devon was prompt, courteous and very professional. He provided us with a thorough diagnosis, explained our options clearly and helped us to determine next steps. He is clearly competent and knowledgeable and left us feeling confident in his work. I would highly recommend Landry and will be consulting them for future HVAC service.

I would highly recommend using Landry Mechanical. I recently had an issue with my AC and they were able to come out quickly. I called on Friday afternoon and they were able to come out on Monday morning. The maintenance tech was friendly, personable, and seemed knowledgeable. He was able to explain the problem well, gave me multiple options on address the issue and resolved it quickly.
I was pleased with the work conducted by Landry Mechanical Inc...Nick was on-time, responsive to the service needs and the end product was good as well. If getting a job done well is important to you I'd recommend hiring Landry for the job. Thanks again Nick.

I called Landry to perform maintenance on our HVAC system and central air unit. Tyler is an extremely knowledgeable, communicative, straightforward, and personable technician. Since this was the first time we ever had maintenance done in almost 6 years, Tyler discovered some additional needs for our system. He explained what he was recommending, and why, and was extremely patient while I asked many many questions and weighed the pros and cons with him. I can’t say enough about Tyler and his professionalism. You can’t go wrong with Landry Mechanical!
AC blower went down, Landry was phenomenal in coming out (was cool enough we did wait for end of weekend), diagnosed the problem and provided options. They ordered the parts and in a couple days called to let us know parts was actually covered by warranty! Came out and fixed it that Friday. Great communication, great service, great people! Very happy Google shared them.

Engaged with Landry to replace our 40-year-old boiler with a modern high-efficiency unit. Every technician/installer involved was on-time, knowledgeable, quality-oriented, and happy to answer questions. Only one complaint: we were initially told that our existing chimney could not be used with the new boiler, requiring instead a PVC pipe in the front of our home that blew hot acidic exhaust into our landscaping. A Landry technician later revealed the availability of a chimney vent kit, which after installation left us completely satisfied with the results.
Nick from Landry Mechwnical was excellent. He came out same day for an emergency with the shower (water down through the floor etc) and was able to help find the problem and offer different options. Was able to book quickly within a week to finish the job. Very professional. Patient and explained everything well, answer all of my (probably annoying) questions. Will definitely call again!
