Great company great people
I have been a customer for 10+ years and have wonderful service from John. I highly recommend his business.
Been using John's oil for a year and a half today got a delivery just to find out that I couldn't get heat so I called and they was out here an hour after I called thank you so much I appreciate him coming out knowing that the roads was yucky and taking the time to explain everything to us....
I have been a customer of John’s Fuel Oil, Inc for a little over 7 years. John has always provided professional and excellent service. Always very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about, oil, furnaces, and HVAC systems. John has installed my central air system and does the spring cleaning on my furnace as well. And I have always been happy with the service and the fair prices that he provided.
These people have always been professional with us. Always arrive as scheduled. Never a problem with them or their service.

POOR SERVICE. My parents have been ordering oil from them for a year. Last week they went to place their order, paid and went home. Two hours later my father received a call and the owner said come get your money back. My dad was so flustered he went back to the shop and asked why and the owner said “it’s to difficult to turn around in your driveway”. My father said the man was so unprofessional. He took his money and walked out in disbelief. HORRIBLE service. My parents are hard working people who were treated so poorly by this company.
The woman answering the phone was rude from the beginning, sounded annoyed by my call for Boiler Service (yes exsisting customer). Not sure why you'd employ a customer facing employee that treats your customers this way. Yes, I called another company, they came out today to resolve the issue - and did so without an attitude. Happy to give them my money!
my experince with johns fuel oil is greed im going in for surgery tomarro and I need oil he told me to find another vendor after doing business with ths copany for 40 years I will be layed up in abed house for three week if I come come with a alinment the will be a major lawsuit ouver this id love to own his house on deer run whid who no where that money cane from all I no I y cater to you presious custome not this guy and it no ove yet I an a it engineer so I think you will see many blog like thisw
